One of the advantages: very convenient location, the hotel is located in the "Russian" district, 5-6 minutes to 7eleven (a store like our pyaterochka), opposite the store there is a market with street food, there is plenty to choose from, next to the hotel there is an exchange, if desired, you can walk to the sea in 10-15 minutes (but keep in mind, the entrance is through the territory of another hotel, the entrance to the beach is through a gate that closes at 22.00).
The room itself was cleaned regularly, linen was changed every other day, additional soap, towels, etc. were always brought upon request.
The staff is all polite.
The Wi-fi was generally working well (we lived on the 2nd floor), but it stopped working literally on the last day, but it's not critical.
One of the disadvantages is the monotonous breakfasts, they did not change at all, there are 2-3 maximum dishes from European cuisine (omelette, egg, sausage and cheeses) and all 12 days that we were there, the menu did not change, during this period the food was very boring, please kindly ask the staff to review the menu and add at least a couple of alternatives.
+ in our room, the side of the shower door was broken, which was supposed to keep the water out of the shower, but as a result, when using half of the tiles in the bathtub were in the water and we had to wipe the floor every time.
One more important nuance (it does not relate to the disadvantages of the hotel itself, but it is important):
the hotel is based on Hindu tourists, of whom there are a lot and in most cases they were VERY loud, a couple of times at night I had to jump out of the room because of the noise and loud conversations to explain to them that it was not this is done and they get in the way (they usually reacted from the first warning, but the fact itself is still not pleasant)
Therefore, when planning to go to this hotel, keep this fact in mind!
Good luck to all!
The kudos parc hotel was visited at the end of January 2025, and it was chosen promptly from what it was - the cost of a tour package from pegasus tourist for 10 days was 200 thousand rubles.
We have no questions about Pegas, they worked as they should!
About the hotel:
1. The territory- I would give 2.5 out of 5 points, it is not very well maintained, the landscaping is already quite old and needs to be replaced, the tiles did not even enter the pool, they flew out in places - you can get hurt.
There is a reception and that's it, there is a waiting area.
2. Rooms: we were satisfied with everything, there is a safe, a good bed, mattresses, clothes, a console with a mirror, a refrigerator, always hot water in the shower, toilet, plumbing, everything worked perfectly. Coffee, water, kettle. The control of the light and air conditioner from the button by the bed is intuitive. The room is 3.5 out of 5 points, and to be honest, the room is the only good place in the hotel, but keep in mind there are no balconies in the room, and the windows are blind, they do not open in any way, because of this our clothes and towels were not dried at all, even after 3 days of drying they were wet, we had to take things to the laundress.
3. Breakfasts: you won't stay hungry, but you definitely won't get gastronomic pleasure, the quality of the dishes is very low, you have to dig for a long time to find something edible, of course you want something more sophisticated on vacation, but you understand that in a 3-star hotel there is rarely anything exquisite. In general, we didn't get poisoned at breakfast, but we didn't eat willingly and tried to choose basic foods so that there would be no surprises, for example, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, rice. Opposite, across the street, there is a good French cuisine cafe la bagette, if the budget allows, eat there, you came on vacation to eat this waste, in fact, in short, breakfast is 2 out of 5. And instead of butter, margarine is all soy, nothing natural, even pineapple is tasteless.
4. The staff is good, they always help, they are not intrusive, they clean the rooms daily.
5. The location is very convenient. A tuk tuk runs every minute along the road near the hotel, it is convenient to get anywhere.
6. Next to the hotel, 200 meters away from the pattaya park hotel, there is a night bazaar that is open from noon to night, where you can eat delicious food and buy souvenirs if you don't want to go to city restaurants. The prices are good there.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but Pattaya is not about the sea, except with our eyes, the beaches are dirty everywhere, we were at Kozi beach, and Jomtien and central beach are muddy everywhere, we swam only on Koh Lan island, I liked Tien beach and Samae. In the city it is better to choose a good hotel with a good pool, but this is not about kudos parc.
Excellent hotel, very modern. The staff is responsive, they quickly solved all issues, despite the fact that they do not know either Russian or English)) We communicated through a translator. The breakfasts are generally good, there are plenty to choose from, you will not stay hungry)
