The dishes and accessories are simply magnificent. Glassware is probably the most beautiful that we have seen in recent years. but. We have not experienced such rude service from senior staff for many years. There was a whiff of the Soviet Union or the Russian hinterland. It looks like a tall woman with glasses came from there and does not know what the Almaty service means. I hope the owners read the reviews and draw the right conclusions. Communication with the sellers left a terribly unpleasant aftertaste, although we still bought a couple of delicious mugs there. We will definitely come more than once and we hope the situation with the staff will be better.

Nice festive tableware. But with an emphasis on brightness and brilliance. There are also towels, tablecloths, plate holders and other kitchen and household utensils. There are stylish flower vases. The store is convenient for choosing gifts / presents for the new year.
