I bought an original lego dark falcon of the millennium here at the most pleasant price in Minsk. They gave me a set with a package and a receipt. The set is completely original, I was very pleased with the quality, even the box arrived in excellent condition. I got an incredible pleasure from the assembly, I will buy more here.
Just a pick-up point. The location is acceptable, there is nothing more to say. The Cube Shop itself is respected for reasonable prices relative to other Lego stores. New items also appear here faster than others.
I ordered a Lego set here because it was the most pleasant price compared to other stores. The manager called back, said that, unfortunately, this particular one ended, but offered to pick up similar ones. He immediately dictated several articles, and I chose another good set. They offered day-to-day delivery for free, I asked for tomorrow. They were delivered just at the appointed hour to the door, warned in advance of their arrival. The box is a little worn, but not critically.
I wanted to buy a set in this store for 450 rubles. But the staff didn't bother to answer a word. Okay, I wrote at 7 p.m., although they have a working day until 9 and the message was read. So it is today, no response, no greetings. I just conclude that this store is not interested in customers and profits, probably, it has a very good turnover) or maybe the manual does not know how its sellers work) in any case, the set that I wanted, I will go to buy in another store and, accordingly, I will not contact you anymore. By the way, this is the second time that the employees of this store simply ignore my messages, the customer focus is -0. That's how you lose customers;)
