It's a great store, I've been using their services for many years.
Wonderful people work at the pick-up point, which is also the service point. I had to contact the service (but as it turned out, everything was in order), and to replace the wrong motherboard model that was mistakenly ordered, I am very grateful for the individual approach and courtesy of the staff.
I would like to thank Vladislav and his colleague (unfortunately, I don't know his name) for their help in selecting components.
Of the cons: of course, I would like to review warranty cases as soon as possible, but it is clear that they cannot do it in 2-3 days, but everything is within the time frame.
There are also pleasant prices in the store and the longest warranty periods, which is also important.
As for the service and the order, everything is clear and to the point. They advised what was better to choose and delivered it to the pick-up point quickly enough. But the entrance to the pick-up point is very difficult. Barriers are installed everywhere if you drive from Dzerzhinsky Avenue. But this in no way worsened the impression of the store.
I ordered RAM for delivery.
The defective one arrived. They refused to pick her up by courier, I had to personally change all plans to fly to them and give them the RAM for diagnosis.
They took me for diagnosis and designated 14 days.
As a result, on the 12th day, they call me back confirming that it turned out to be defective (oh, shock, how so, because this was not originally mentioned).
It also seemed funny how heroically the operator showed me customer orientation, noting the diagnosis carried out not in the 14 stated days, but in 12.
I ask them to finally deliver a serviceable RAM to my house, to which I receive an answer that they are not obliged to deliver goods up to 5 kg. I have to break my plans again and fly to them to pick up the RAM.
We have delivered the defective product and consider it successfully completed. They no longer consider it necessary to deliver high-quality goods.
It is a pity that the store I previously respected has fallen to such a level.
