This is a new type of student dormitory
There is a community area billiards sports pool
The rooms are not bad
There is a small restaurant inside and a shop with everything you need.
But the shared kitchen on the floor, although equipped, is dirty, I lower the score for this.

Despite the cleaning, most of the rooms are in poor condition, and what is provided on the website does not match what you receive as a result) By the way, the TVs are hanging there for beauty, two channels, well, that's all. It would be better not to hang at all. Dust, the stench of dampness - all this awaits you here at ksk homes :)
Territory? And there is actually nothing on the territory) 2 benches killed by life, darkness and a continuous stench from the sewer (invigorates tremendously). I would also like to mention the pool, which is scary to approach by a meter, it feels like it has not been cleaned for centuries. The playgrounds were located km away from this masterpiece, and the children went there with one instructor. Cardio is great, yes, but not in the evening after getting up early, school, and a bunch of excursions. By the way, we also went to school)
It's nice to have a gym, but not when there's really nothing to choose in a large gym area: either it's not in very good condition, it's occupied, or you don't understand at all-what should I actually work on?
But there are no problems with control here! If you want your child to spend a week in detention without being able to leave the territory, welcome! Every step you take is controlled, and God forbid you step into places where you shouldn't.
As well as with the gender division, there are 2 women's buildings and 2 men's buildings. How it happened that two boys lived in the women's building, and also separately from the entire squad and the curators, only KSK homes, the best among the best, knows.
We traveled through the English path program for the 2nd year, last time we were at the hotel next door - Muriad. It's really cool there, a large territory, infrastructure: a basketball and volleyball court, a PC club, great food, laundry, a starbucks and some other coffee shops, a hairdresser, a convenience store. And no one bothers you.: over time , with the exit from the territory and other stuff.
Draw conclusions, friends, I would not want to send my child to this work of art)

From the point of view of convenience in training, it is the best place. Everything is clean, neat, there is a shop, a cafe on campus, everything is well organized for students.
The rooms are very ordinary, the price is amazing. Of course, it is far from the city center and all the sights, but a transfer from the campus is organized on weekdays and weekends, which is very cool. To the most popular places in general.

Great place. The most important thing is to spend a vacation or check in while studying. The staff is very friendly. I especially want to mention Sanjiva and Chris. They are not only excellent employees, but also wonderful interlocutors.
