Armenia,delivery to Gyumri via Yerevan For several years of living in Armenia, my husband and I have never encountered nationalism and insults in our country of origin, but thanks to the courier of this company, we gained this experience. The situation was as follows.Since the delivery time was not announced in advance, and the courier called on a business day, he could not immediately pick up the phone (for which he then yelled that he needed to drink less), he also could not find the address (for which he also yelled "That it was hard to get to the station, is it difficult!?"). The conversation basically started with shouting and insults.Before that, no one had any problems determining our location, and we often use both delivery and taxi.My husband talked to him, at first there were screams that they didn't pick up the phone right away, then that he didn't know the address, then that the address wasn't visible on the navigator.To which the husband opened an application in his phone and showed that everything was visible at his address.But then it started that we are spiritless Russians and our country is the same, that we are godless, and so on.And all this ATTENTION! Because he couldn't find a house! I really hope that after I report the situation, my employer will no longer use the services of this courier service.This employee is aggressive and dangerous.Such communication is not normal.I'm afraid to imagine that I'll meet him again or that I could go for the parcel alone . P.S. The courier never got home and had to look for him on his own at the train station.
