The nails were always intact until the next wear, and due to work trips, it happened that she could carry the coating for a month. But now, there were no masters to record these, so I signed up with another TOP master, Kristina, for a coated manicure. In less than 2 weeks, the nails began to fall off completely one by one (this was my first time, I repeat, sometimes I went for a month with a coating). The warranty is 2 weeks. We started communicating with the administrator about the current situation. As a result, contact with water, other materials, in general, anything was to blame for this, but not the fact that the work could have been done poorly. They offered to redo the nails that had fallen off for free (4 of the whole nails remained, and while I am writing this review, 1 more has fallen off)))) I'm on a business trip, I'll be back in 5 days only, it's stupid to make repairs, because firstly, the coated nails will grow even more, and secondly, they probably won't live up to that time. The option to do the treatment without covering and removing (there will be nothing to remove) was not approved as a solution to the situation. I understand that the cover is worn for up to 3 weeks maximum. And I didn't apply after 5 days. But! This is the first time like this, and just all the nails in one fell swoop. In general, I will not return to this salon anymore, minus the regular customer. Well, the question is about the quality of the work of the new masters, the "old" ones, whom I went to before, no longer work 🤷♀️
Unfortunately, I tried three times to get a good manicure from three different masters of this studio..In vain. The first time the master got caught like a butcher, she sawed my nails quickly, harshly and painfully..there were detachments on the very first evening on two nails, when I returned a couple of days later to redo them "for free" (namely, I took time off from work and paid for a minibus there and back), the master who did my manicure without letting me undress (I remained standing with my jacket half off) came over to examine my detachments And it turned out that in her opinion, I just needed to remove the bubble from the top and cover 1 nail again. The master who was supposed to redo my nails also first stated that there were no flakes and I had to ask her to stick a wand under the material to check.. At first she thought that my nail was broken, but then she finally realized that there were detachments... And no, we weren't sitting in the dark, there was good lighting in the studio. I felt as stupid as possible. The redone nails turned out to be uneven, the gel was gone, I asked twice to file the irregularities, but the third time I resigned myself, but the miracles did not end, and the top that covered my previous manicure was gone, and I had two nails that were different from the rest for a month. I would like to say that the third master very carefully removed my cuticles, I was surprised by her gentle treatment of my hands.. for this, 1 star, and another 1 star for the cute admin girls. I recently visited one of the salons, and unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed.
The salon made a disgusting impression, and it seems that the craftsmen do not care about the needs of customers at all. My master did a terrible job and just let me go, which is absolutely unacceptable.
I decided to contact Instagram for feedback, in the future for a constructive settlement of the issue. However, in response to my message, I was simply blocked. It's really amazing how you can be so non-customer-oriented!

So if they had done it normally ... the cramps on each nail, the nail plate was not leveled, Master Elizabeth never said to move her hand when applying the base. The receptionist just took a photo, there was no question of any quality control.

I got a 40p discount, apparently- price-quality, that's why I didn't show anything and decided not to spoil the mood of the girls. Perhaps a master with insufficient experience, although she asked me to sign up for an experienced master and I was assured that this would be the case.

Out of the unpleasant, I warned in advance that at 16:00 I had to be elsewhere, the result: manicure and pedicure took from 11:30 to 16:00, it's terrible. Moreover, it was plain, no jackets, drawings and other things. I had to bear additional expenses!

I found them quickly on the map, but during the entire time I was there, two clients got lost. The manicure was done well, although there are flaws, but it's not even as insulting as the attitude towards the client. I will not come to this salon anymore, and I will not advise my friends.

And the consumables (nail file, etc.) are hardly disposable, they were not thrown away after my departure, and they did not give it to me either!
