It was the worst decision to book this place for a vacation. So, let's start with the fact that the reservation was perfect on the Islet website, this is not the first time we book there and everything was fine, so there was no doubt. On vacation, they chose a quiet place, not far from Minsk, so that it was convenient to travel to the city, as well as close proximity to water and any cities and attractions, the vacation was by car. Perhaps the location and access to water are the only advantages of this place. Next, let's go through the cons. After booking the house on the islet website, the owner of this place contacted WhatsApp in order to deposit 30% of the cost, and also asked if there were any questions. There were no questions, since all the photos were available when booking and there was no doubt that we were going to the place in the photo. The reality turned out to be deplorable. We are from Moscow, we booked in advance. The reservation is 30% non-refundable in case of cancellation. Arriving at the place, we were met and led to the house, already approaching, it was clear that something was wrong)) As it turned out, the photos on the islet website (or Avito, the neighbors booked on Avito) do not correspond to reality, this is pure deception. Below I will attach a photo of expectation and reality. The description of the house said that the house was for 14 people, a spacious kitchen, Wi-Fi and everything else. As a result, we got literally half of the house, 3x4 meters - the entire space. Another house! There was no way to refuse, since we were on an 8-hour journey and it was not realistic to book something else and there was no strength, we agreed, signed a contract, deposited the rest of the money. What we got was a dusty house, literally the whole thing, a beam in a layer of dust, floors, a bed, sofas. The furniture from the Soviet era was in a very poor condition, springs literally flew out of the chairs, the refrigerator could not be opened adequately, the dishes were dirty, there were scattered pasta and other garbage in the bedside table next to the refrigerator in the cabinets. Fortunately, they had their own refrigerator with them from the car, they only used it. The bathroom is probably 1x2m, maybe a little more, the sink is tiny (they also offered to cook on their stove and wash dishes in the sink, in which even a saucer is difficult to wash), there is a shower tray, there is no curtain, the toilet in front of the pallet, on some pieces of wood, legs, literally, do not reach the Floor. There were two of us and, accordingly, a double bed, but what a disappointment it was when we saw two meter-high mattresses that moved apart every night, it was extremely uncomfortable to sleep. The key in the house is audibility. That's just terrible. We went specifically for a quiet vacation, not to a hotel, apartment or to the city, but we were completely disappointed. Since it was half of the house, our neighbors changed every 2-3 days, we had a total of 8 nights, 9 days. The first neighbors were good, respected each other, did not make noise, because you can hear not only conversations, but someone walking, you can hear from the second floor how your neighbors, sorry for the details, urinate in the toilet. The second neighbors came with a child who screamed at 8-9 in the morning and ran around the house, and the mother screamed in response. I'm sorry, but we sleep longer. If we came in late and realized that the neighbors were asleep, we tried to be as quiet as possible, realizing what audibility. The third neighbors are generally super))) We had a conflict with them. At one o'clock in the morning, we couldn't sleep because people were talking at the top of their voices and giggling, we asked them to be quiet through the wall, to which an adult 45+ woman, as a teenager, began to imitate oohs and aahs, well, this is generally absurd. Then, going downstairs, this person began to sing in the shower. Unable to stand it, we left the house and went to the next door to talk in person, to which there were messengers with three letters and "we came here to relax and I talked like that in the apartment, and if I have sex, should I keep quiet too?", well, we were just shocked, this whole conflict ended with that That our neighbor, leaving the house, immediately punched my man in the face. Well, now think about it, would you like such a "vacation". We were very lucky that almost every day we left and came only to sleep and did not spend every day in this hellhole. Oh yes, also at the entrance they tell you that there are barbecues, grills and skewers, for your convenience, only here is a layer of carbon on it all that it's scary to take it in your hands, let alone cook, bought your own.
I would like to say one last thing, be kind enough to post the appropriate photo of the house and its cost so that there is no such disappointment and people really understand what they are booking. Because we couldn't even think that the house would turn out to be different, because this has never happened. We also learned from the neighbors that the house, which is shown in the photo in the island and avito for the reservation and zavlekalov, costs 10k / day, it's just piggish to lay out one house, and rent another with the cancellation of the reservation for money, and without even warning that the house in the photo does not correspond to reality.
