Tips for working with them:
1. Remember that a month is 28 days for them. For each day of delay, you will be charged a lot of money as a daily rent. The exception is if you get into a mood or even immediately take something.
2. ALWAYS call them when you are going to return an item. Because they are often not in place, especially Fri or morning.
Better yet, plan to hand over the item in a few days and negotiate with them in a few days, because you will get a fine again.
AND REMEMBER THAT THEY ALWAYS WANT TO TAKE AS MUCH MONEY FROM YOU AS POSSIBLE IN ANY WAY.

We rented things more than once. Last time we rented a stroller. It cost 40 rubles for 28 days. When signing the contract, they asked if you would immediately leave a deposit of 10 rubles for cleaning the stroller if we suddenly return it dirty. I had the money, I left it just in case. The stroller was taken out only 2 times, the child did not want to ride it for the first and second time. Then they went on vacation, the stroller stayed at home.
The refund period was Mon, we decided to return it in advance on Thu. We arrived at 18.00, no one was there, although they work until 19.00. They called them, they said they had already left and would come only on MON (they did not want to work on Fri) . We went to our relatives and returned to the SR and went to hand over the perfect (AS WE WERE GIVEN) stroller, taking into account only unclean wheels, because we rolled it, it is very big.
As a result, the deposit was not returned to us and 2 days were counted as a daily rent of 4 rubles per day, although we are regular customers and wanted to return the stroller 4 days earlier.
