Good cuisine, excellent billiard room, I recommend you to visit to relax in good company. The prices are really too high. Otherwise, it's pretty decent.

In winter, the paths in the park are not cleaned. Bridges from Volodarsky Street are dangerous for pedestrians, especially for the elderly.
