By the way, the pool is nice and clean. There are many of them, with different depths. The promised water park consists of two children's slides and three adults, one of which did not work. They wrote that the two hotels are connected and the neighbors' water park lets us in: it's not true. Bars on the sea without ice cream, by the pool, too, there were two times in 8 days. But drinks and even champagne. The rooms have slippers, which is good because the floor is tiled, very cold. Good air conditioning, properly positioned, it has not been turned off once. The view from the window to the sea is wonderful. Another disadvantage is that it is very noisy. Disco from 22:00 to 24:00 - the music is so loud that you can not even dream of sleeping. We were in late August - early September 2024. A hotel for romantics! If the dizzying view from the window is more expensive for you than spots on the curtains, then you will like it. The hotel is incredibly beautiful. It's just a masterpiece of architecture. A grandiose structure. Without exception, passers-by stop on the promenade near the hotel and look at it with their mouths open. But we must understand that it was built in 1997. The hotel is old and shabby. There was no renovation. The rooms are shabby like everything else around. Those who care about gloss are not here. It makes sense to book ONLY rooms with sea views. Then the chic look compensates for everything! We had a two-room Quin room on the 4th floor. The room is very large, about 50 meters. From the bedroom there is a large round balcony with sea views, from the living room there is a huge terrace with sea views with sun beds, an umbrella, a table and armchairs. Everything worked in the room, but it's all old and shabby. It's funny, but there are no shampoos, balms and gels in packages, just 2 dispensers with liquid soap hanging. About food: It's beautiful! I have been to Turkey 26 times. I know exactly what I'm talking about. There is always chicken, turkey, beef, lamb, fish, including trout. Everything is delicious and fresh. But they never sat in the pot. Very decent dry wine and champagne. Selected fruits: peaches, nectarines, pears, plums, apples, grapes, watermelon, melon. The fruits are simply gorgeous: large, ripe, the most beautiful. There are a lot of sweets, both Oriental and European. There is no seafood. But the whole day there are delicious packaged juices everywhere. I especially liked the peach one. Coffee is ONLY grain everywhere, real. The main restaurant is almost on the top floor with a huge outdoor terrace and a magnificent view of the sea. I do not recommend the Hotel to families with children. He's definitely not a kid. With strollers, sore feet and lazy people, not here. You will not like the huge number of stairs. The beach is big. The sun beds and umbrellas are new, there is enough of everything. The entrance to the sea is sandy, but with large unexpected stones that must be avoided in the water. Contingent: Russia 10%, Turkey 30%, Germany 20%, Eastern Europe 30%, someone else from Western Europe 10%. The staff works on 4. There is not enough cleanliness in the hotel. There are a lot of cigarette butts lying around, including the beach. A dirty toilet near the pools and a bar at the very bottom. We were checked in without additional charges at 10.30 immediately upon arrival, and upon departure we extended the room for free until 14.00. The food is wonderful. the rooms... yes, they are different, but the prices are also different. We definitely recommend it. the price-quality ratio is good. local kittens and the main parrot add flavor to the hotel.

The cleaning is thorough, the beach is dirty, the entrance to the sea is with cobblestones, there is no pier! There are no drinks in the pool bar, even non-alcoholic ones, we went to the reception bar for a mojito! They didn't pour beer either, they said it was over, it felt like they were just mocking me! The rooms are in disgusting condition: the plumbing is old, the faucets are leaking! There is an endless queue at the reception every day, everyone wants to find out the reasons for their "gorgeous" vacation! A few people even cried, asked to do something, but did not come to anything, because they simply have nowhere to move people - some rooms are "better" than others! There is no service, no one tries and they don't even hide it! Elevators broke down every other day, people got stuck in them and sat in a stuffy 40 degrees, it's terrible!!!!! Всем привет. Вот вам правдивый отзыв об этом отеле. Постараюсь донести информацию, как можно подробнее, ведь для кого-то есть важные мелочи. Но помните, что главное на отдыхе это хорошее настроение. Мы приехали втроём с трехгодовалым ребёнком. При заезде все ок, заселяют раньше не проблема. Ждать до 14.00 нас не заставили. На ресепшене обычно есть только один человек, который говорит по русски, без него (даже с хорошим англ) общаться сложно, со всеми, вас ждёт фиаско. Полное недопонимание, длинная дооолгая очередь и игнор. Значит так, заселились мы не в главный корпус, тот что рядом с вафлями. Из двух уличных лифтов в этом многоэтажном отеле, работает один, он всегда заляпанный грязный, с трещинами, кнопки отваливаются и его не дождёшься, потому что там, ездят как и сотрудники с телегами так и постояльцы. Я так полагаю, что в далеком прошлом это была мощная фишка отеля. если с ребёнком и коляской, тогда извините, придётся ждать, и к тому же он маленький. А вообще ходите по лестнице, будут накачены ноги. Лифт конечно необходим для быстрой релокации, но в обед к примеру, вы его можете просто не дождаться. В целом территория отеля большая много кошек, ящурок, и прочей живности, зелени достаточно, деревья кустарники, цветы, красивые газоны, ухоженные растения. Абсолютно все, кто идёт по набережной засматриваются на него, потому что снаружи он реально выглядит очень грандиозно, по сравнению с другими отелями. Эти фонари по периметру и белые балясины, дают ощущение, что ты находишься в крутом люксе. Бассейнов сбилась со счета, наверное 10 где-то. Есть выход на набережную, которая простирается вдоль всего моря. Получается, чтобы выйти на пляж, вам нужно просто перейти дорожку пешеходную. Лежаков много, места всегда есть, (у бассейнов в том числе. )Удивительно даже как-то, при таком большом количестве людей. Но что касается самого пляжа… много мелочи, которая впивается в ноги при неверном движении вашим пяткам конец. В соседнем отеле отношение совсем другое там песочек ровняют и грабельками его шерстят. Заход в море ужасный, точнее его вообще нет, много подводных камней, скалистое дно, пораниться можно,даже если ты очень аккуратно идёшь. При наличии такого большого отеля, они не удосужились оформить свой пляж подобающе. Все купаются на соседнем пляже… Будьте аккуратны, не занимайте лежаки не своего отеля) подбежит дядя и скажет что здесь вам не место и ещё повезёт если ваши вещи не выбросит. (по браслетам вычисляют,но в море от них вы заходить можете) оставляете вещи у своего отеля и идёте в соседнюю воду… как то так. Играют в волейбол и бочу на пляже и то не всегда. В расписании волейбол есть, а по факту нет. Аниматоры хорошие ребята, все общительные добрые, есть русскоговорящая Deniz. Обслуживающий персонал тоже очень хорошие девчонки и мальчишки!!! Услужливые, улыбчивые, но создаётся впечатление, что к немцам отношение намного лучше, чем к русским. Им и напитки быстрее приносят и крутятся возле них постоянно предлагая что-то и на ресепшене они у них в приоритете. К уборщицам у меня вопросов не возникло. Убирали КАЖДЫЙ день все было чисто и аккуратно. Твёрдая пятерка! Самые ответственные работники!!! Но мы ставим честную оценку всему отелю в совокупности, так что продолжим. У нас номер делюкс с видом на море. Вид хороший, номер большой, есть где разгуляться… положить 4 чемодана спокойно можно. на террасе два лежака два стула и стол! Постель хорошая, чистая удобная. Ванна, душевая, унитаз, биде, одна раковина. Фен ужасный(я даже не могу это феном назвать) берите свой короче, если не хотите стоять в ванной 4 часа. Никаких мыл или щёток вы здесь не найдёте . Есть два диспенсера в ванной один и один в душе. Написано гель и шампунь в одном. так что берите все своё. А! И диспенсер с мылом(руки мыть).есть халаты и клевые тапки мягкие, не дешевые бумажные, что приятно. Душ лейка и кран там же работают одновременно. пытались переключить, сломалась кнопка, осталась в руке. Так в номере достаточно все устарело. хотели открыть шкафчик, где холодильник стоит, ручка от шкафчика тоже осталась в руке. ну и хотели повесить рубашку на вешалку в шкафу, я думаю вы догадались о продолжении, все верно, отвалилась и так 4 раза подряд. Стены кривые (не то чтобы я их с уровнем замеряла) , а реально перекошенные, видимо что-то, когда-тов нашем корпусе мощно просело Холодильник не работал все 10 дней нашего отдыха. Неоднократно подходили и звонили на ресепшн, чтобы как-то исправили ситуацию. Ничего не изменилось. Просто на восьмой день я уже начала повышать тон, сказали «давайте вас переселим», а оно мне надо за два дня до отъезда? В номере шкаф, сейф, стул, телевизор и диван для доп спального места. Тумбочки, столы, зеркала. Для маленького ребёнка принесут манеж, как кроватку. Вода,газировка,чай,чайник все в наличии. В целом территория, где лестницы и лифтовые холлы грязноватая, везде валяются элементы ремонта, какие-то стекла, следы краски на полу на растениях и так далее, не очень приятно. Видно что ремонт идёт полным ходом. Нумерация этажей самый низ это 0. На пятом этаже вы можете и позавтракать и пообедать и поужинать. На нулевом этаже вы сможете только пообедать. И отведать подобие пиццы, тут их почему то называют пирожки. Так же в самом дальнем корпусе, уже во время того, как мы отдыхали открылся фастфуд с такосами, хот догами, гамбургерами и прочим фритюром. Есть мороженое. Еда великолепная, я бы сказала идеальная. Есть все и рыба и мясо и сладкое, что только душе угодно. Я очень привередливая, но здесь я всегда была сыта! Очень чисто и красиво повара и официанты стараются. Коктейли все вкусные (я все попробовала). поварам барменам тоже твёрдая пятерка !!! Не очень чисто там, где делают вафли) (их делают на 1 этаже) но все равно очень вкусно, там же можно взять мороженое. Есть в холле отеля пространство называется патисире, там десерты стоят и тоже мороженое. А ещё там есть бутерброды с мяском и сыром. Когда совсем нечего было кушать к просмотру шоу, можно было перехватить там. При нашем заезде ночная кухня не работала. Открыли уже на пятый день нашего пребывания, так что там можно перекусить. считаю очень удобно для тех кто прибывает поздними рейсами. На счёт детского питания, по поводу темы питания малышей,видела всего пару баночек пюрешек, соков в коробках нет. В бэби клубе есть холодильник с молочными коктейлями в коробках с трубочками. Шоу программа неплохая, видно, что стараются. Однако за опять же пять дней пребывания в отеле два раза были одни и те же номера. Но очень порадовал фокусник и шоу концерт пародистов Джексона если попадёте это обязательно к просмотру. Есть кальяны бары дискотеки развлечений полно. Для детей в бэби дэнс русских песен нет. в основном все для немцев. Бассейны в середине июня хороши, море вообще тёплое! бассейн, что в дальнем корпусе возле бэби клуба теплее остальных, факт! Там же возле бэби клуба водные горки 5 штук. На выходе из отеля есть всё магазины, аптеки, прокаты электрокаров и прочее. Цены в евро в долларах в рублях в лирах. Все принимают. Обменник вестернюнион тоже есть, через дорогу от отеля. По поводу самого отеля, многие говорили, что сменился хозяин и поэтому сейчас именно происходит какая-то реновация, они правда пытаются все ремонтировать, отсюда все следы ремонта. При нас чинили сцену возводили колонны. В коридорах почему то течёт вода с потолка, везде куча муравьев, но это тоже не страшно. Реально видно, что все стараются подметают, моют, чистят. Официанты чуть ли не по линейке скатерти расстилают☺️приятно. Хотелось бы обратить внимание на место для пляжного волейбола, как-то граблями что ли пройтись от камней и ракушек, это же больно в конце концов. А теперь фишка отеля! В номерах нет wifi совсем и никак не сделать. Он есть только в лобби и немного дотягивается до 4 этажа. так что, если вы хотите поработать или выкладывать фото, то идите на ресепшн. Симкарта в местном магазине 45 евро 25гб на месяц. На телевизоре нет ютуба. Так что как-то вот так. Отель уже отстаёт от современной реальности, практически нигде нет камер слежения. В общем отсутствие интернета это самый огромный минус. Но! Они в данный момент, я так поняла, пытаются его сделать и возможно когда вы приедете, он уже будет во всех номерах. видно что установили вышки для раздачи. Хочу подсказать. Не берите такси. Дорого. Не торгуются. выходите из отеля, идёте на остановку, она будет справа. Если хотите доехать до автовокзала, садитесь на единичку. С вокзала либо пешком или на вагонетке 0,45€ можете добраться посмотреть порт сидэ. А вообще, с этого же вокзала доберётесь куда вам нужно, хоть в местный Молл . Водители подсказывают в какую маршрутку вам сесть. Проезд дешевле в лирах! От 11 до 17 лир смотря куда вам нужно. Названия отелей в том числе наш написан на дверях, но уточняйте. В целом если судить об отеле и не вдаваться в мелкие недочёты - поставила бы твёрдую 4рку именно самому зданию, территории. если бы не было какой-то небольшой ремонтной разрухи, все было бы хорошо с лифтами и был бы вай Фай. Отель держится на персонале! наверное нужно уже хорошенько потратиться на реновацию. Но дней на пять сюда можно. фото прикрепила. смотрите все своими глазами. постаралась донести максимум. Информация для владельцев отеля Починить второй лифт, Отмыть первый, Почистить заход в море убрать скалы подводные. Почистить пляж граблями. Сделать вайфай, Сделать проверку номеров на поломки (ведь никому не хочется заниматься звонками и разборками. Все приехали отдыхать), Настроить ютуб на телевизоре. Постелить больше противоскользящих ковриков вокруг бассейнов, Добавить к детскому меню соки и пюрешки в банках, Заменить старые фены, Добавить мыло гель для душа одноразовые,Почистить вафельницу

Отдыхали не давно в этом отеле, все очень супер отзывчивый персонал. Заселились быстро без неприятных ситуаций. Все красиво и на высоте, детям понравилось ходить в mini club kids, там специальные аниматоры, которые прекрасно работают с ребятишкам и даже награды выдают) вот вечерами оставляли детей в этом клубе а сами с супругой шли наслаждаться вечерним берегом. Только что прилетели обратно, но так хотелось остаться... Обязательно ещё раз посетим

A beautiful but old hotel. They say there was a renovation this year, but it's probably not everywhere. We were more or less lucky with the number, and our friends got an old and murdered one. Food for 3, lots of fried and spicy. Alcohol from imported only martinis fiero and bacardi, everything else is local and unknown. There were simply no drinks specified in the concept, although the list is long. There is no animation either, a disco up to 12, where Turks and Iranians gather, sitting with a hookah and an appreciative look. The disco music is old, or Turkish-there are few dancers. I've been to many hotels and it's the first time I've been so bad, although I expected the best. There are definitely no 5 stars.

Мама вчера приехала в этот отель. При заезде сплошной негатив. Ужасно встретили. И другие неприятности, от 5 звезд такого не ожидалось. Мама приехала вечером из Москвы, с 5 утра на ногах. Заселили в номер, в котором не работал сейф. Пробовали починить, но не смогли. После переговоров сказали починить не смогут и переселили в другой номер. В новом номере НЕ РАБОТАЛ СВЕТ совсем. Снова идти на ресепшен. Говорят ждите. В итоге только через 2 ЧАСА пришли чинить свет. И только после того, как мама в очередной раз пришла на ресепшен и пришлось ругаться. И только когда она сказала, что напишет честный отзыв про этот бардак, нашелся русскоговорящий менеджер, и пришли чинить свет. Но это ещё не все. Новый номер оказался точно над рестораном. Шум и запахи приготовления пищи прямиком попадают в номер. На очередную просьбу поменять номер ответили, что больше свободных номеров нет. В таком большом отеле... По отдельности это все звучит не страшно. Но для престарелого человека с 5 утра на ногах - это очень неприятные сюрпризы. После дороги хочется расслабиться, полежать. А тут 3 часа разборок, хождений туда-сюда. И невозможно отдохнуть до глубокого вечера. Ну а когда появилась возможность, тут ресторан под окнами и музыка до 1 часа ночи... Но и это ещё не всё! 1. В номерах нет туалетных принадлежностей, кремов. Был только один гель для душа и всё. От 5 звезд ожидалось, что будут кремы. Сказали в их отеле такой роскоши не бывает. Придётся покупать. 3. В номерах нет Wi-Fi!!! 4. Ладно, может в холле возле ресепшена Wi-Fi работает? Работал, пока не выключили вечером до следующего дня. Объяснили тем, что отключился из-за превышения лимита отеля. То есть на весь отель есть лимит трафика и если он превышен, то весь отель сидит без Wi-Fi. 5. Музыка от анимации до 1 часа ночи. Закрытая дверь на балконе не спасает. Если окна на море, то никуда не спрячешься.

Отдыхала в этом замечательном отеле в начале июня 2022 года. Отдых прошёл, на высшем уровне. Всё в этом отеле распологала к отдыху. Приветливый персонал, вкусная и разнообразная еда. Номер всегда был чисто убран. Огромное спасибо девушкам аниматорам. На пляже, днём и вечером эти милые девушки нас развлекали. Особенно хочу поблагодарить милую, улыбчивую Анастасию. Отдыхали в этом отеле в 21 году, но Яндекс, предложил написать только сейчас) Максимум комфорта, вкусная кухня, вечерняя анимация - замечательная, мне все понравилось. Свой пляж, полотенца, лежаки, хочешь тишины-выбирай бассейн. У нас был прекрасный номер, с вайфай , сейфом, холодильником, все работало, с ванной комнатой тоже все было прекрасно! Все направлено, на то чтобы гости вернулись в этот отель! Территория отеля большая, каждый найдет развлечения по душе. Пусть вас не пугает огромное количество ступенек по территории, есть лифт, и очередей к нему нет) Отель однозначно рекомендую!

Отдыхали в отеле с 23.07 по 05.08.22. Приехали вечером, разместили нас быстро. Номер очень просторный.По ТВ есть несколько русских каналов. В целом отель понравился! Персонал постоянно что-то делает, суетится! Entertainment team - большое спасибо! Вы очень классные и веселые! Территория ухожена! В ресторане огромный выбор блюд! Несколько раз были крабы,раки, роллы. Постоянно Курица, индейка, баранина, много зелени, сыров, выпечки и овощей. Из фруктов- арбузы, дыни, абрикосы, сливы, виноград, цитрусовые, яблоки, персики. Море было очень тёплое, не вылезали из него!

Приезжали в этот отель с семьей. Нам есть с чем сравнить и этот отель один из лучших, где мы были. Порадовало, что шезлонгов всегда хватает и на пляже, и у бассейнов. Отдыхаю со своей семьей в этом отеле уже второй год. В прошлом я познакомилась со своим мужем тут. Как и всегда, выше всяких похвал! Хорошие, качественные шоу, музыка по вечерам. Если вы хотите романтичный отпуск, то вам прямая дорога в этот отель. В 19:00 весь отель становится желто-оранжевым от заката, в дали стоят яхты, на пляже гуляют влюблённые парочки. А в течение дня entertainment crew развлекает вас самыми разнообразными способами, от стрельбы из воздушки до чемпионата по водному поло. Ставлю твёрдую пятёрку этому отелю. Едете, даже не сомневайтесь.

Понравился! Деловой, но не без изящности. Просторной номер, большая душевая. Все новое и стильное. У нас был номер твин. Очень удобные высокие кровати! Entertainment team зажигает с утра до ночи. Персонал добрый и приветливый! При возвращении в Воронеж выбор будет очевиден-Crystal Sunrise Queen понравился и останавливаться будем только там.
