Great place! I was walking by, I accidentally looked in and didn't regret it. The staff is extremely responsive, they immediately explain and talk about all types and varieties of baking. My choice fell on ciabatta classic...while walking to the car, I ate more than half of it.. I came back and got another one with olives!
Very tasty! Crisp in both cases. Come in and you won't regret it!

I used to come here for pastries. Pretzel and coffee curl were my favorites.
But, fortunately or unfortunately, I will no longer come because of the lack of service and friendliness to the client.
A very rude girl, who probably doesn't rest much, takes her aggression out on the guests. I'm in a bad mood, and you have a lost client.

This place has the most delicious almond croissants. But there is one thing. They are constantly trying to sell old, stale products. Why can't you make the sale deadline within 24 hours, and sell the rest at a discount in the evening before closing, as in other establishments? My love ended with the fact that I got an old croissant with a soured filling ((in order not to get poisoned, I had to throw everything away. There is no desire to return anymore.

It's very frustrating when you're a regular customer of a bakery and you know what fresh bread looks like there, and one day they slip you a dry baguette. I always go to get a creamy baguette for my daughter on purpose, and today I was confused by the feel of it, but the seller said - today! As a result, the crust is dry and crumbles, it's definitely not today's bread.

Perhaps the most tasteless bumble in the city: diluted slush with ice. When they expressed their dissatisfaction with the girl who cooked IT, they heard in response: "What's it got to do with me?! If you don't like it, take the complaint book. What do you want from me? Goodbye, have a nice day, you don't have to come back anymore."
Of course we won't come. And we won't recommend it to others.

It's bad that the management does not hear the cafe's improvements , there is not enough background music, there is not enough air freshener in the toilet, and it would not hurt for employees to bring an order , the cafe looks rich, but the service wants to be better, not improvements..... When ordering, they did not ask which cocoa to make: sweet or not folded. The cocoa itself is chocolate-flavored water. Americano is tasteless. Americano smelled unpleasant - the burnt machine that made this "creation". Baking at the store level. I do not recommend this place.

We took coffee and cheesecake. Coffee for 4. Pistachio cheesecake was delicious exactly until the husband pulled out a white hair or thread from his mouth, which should not have been at all.
There is little customer focus. For convenience, they could make a large inscription with drinks so that they did not have to ask the girl and look for a small brochure themselves. The girl is without initiative, just waiting for us to ask where to get the appliances and find a trash can to throw away the glasses and plates.

On the first day of August, my friend Alexander and I decided to visit the krendelkoff cafe. I can mention the professional work of the service staff. Despite the interest shown in the compositions of all desserts and a lot of silly questions, the barista answered each of them in detail and calmly. Delicious, sparsely populated, cool!
