There are no questions about baking, the staff is the key to lowering all impressions. There are no badges, not very neatly, a couple in the windows, sometimes there are people standing at the counters or people who don't understand at all. The lack of containers for large sets of pastries, make a container for money that you can and are not ashamed to bring to visit. Preferably made of cardboard.

A great start! Delicious, fresh and inexpensive products. I especially liked the bread with dried tomatoes and cranberries. Of the desserts, everything is delicious - sable, cheesecakes, even standard Prague tastes better than anywhere else. I like that desserts have significantly less sugar than competitors. And that nuts, prunes, dried apricots, cranberries, etc. are actively used.
Even the coffee is good! The only thing that is American is better to take a double.
The staff is smiling, friendly, and willing to talk about their products. It feels like a close-knit team, which is great!

And there are also ears like in childhood, but if childhood took place somewhere in the vicinity of Paris. :)) And today they asked me to try a cake like chocolate sausage. It's called something else by the guys. Shoko the prince? In general, the name does not change the essence: delight. There means something inside that is so fresh and competently combined from cookies/butter/chocolate and! It's like a chocolate frosting covered with such a completely unsweetened, namely pure chocolate, like grandma used to cook a chocolate cake. Oh, well, all emotions, thank you very much. It would be cool to make some kind of pre-order and delivery application exactly about the pastry shop. A single source of croissants, so to speak. :))

Previously, coffee was made by baristas, now an automatic coffee machine was installed (but the cost of coffee remained the same). Maybe the owners will somehow start to maintain the bar they set?
