The store is good, there are good brands, but why sell luxury if 80% is never there?
The staff on the Soviet side is terrifying. I asked to pick up a primer, they showed 3 and everything is more expensive than 110p - lux. When asked if there was anything else, they said no! And as a result, I found 5 more pieces cheaper, for 70p, 30, etc.
Why is this a lie? Does the staff not know about the goods or is it cheating to make sales? If I need a suite, I will go to the stand and take it without consultation, when I need it, I don't need a lot of intelligence here)
Two stars only for the availability of the store, it saves when there is no time to wait for a parcel from ZIA

In the hall, sellers are standing in a bunch with a security guard and discussing buyers ... when asked to consult or help find the right shampoo, I was only giggled at, saying that if they have it on the site, it does not have to be and it should be…
Advice, if you need to visit this store in Brest, it is better to go to Varshavsky where they will advise you and will not dare.

You don't even want to go to the store for something specific, let alone come and choose something new, studying the assortment. Sellers have poor knowledge of product information. One of the employees is quite friendly, all the others are very tired and hate customers. Samples are given out reluctantly after purchase, only when reminded. I like to try new things and change flavors precisely because I got to know them like this in the store. There is no access to the new fragrance, they hide it in the store on a turnkey basis. But there is progress, there is no longer a guard in the store who looms over you. The assortment is not bad, even after the new year, but the attitude of the employees is very repulsive, it is better to spend time and post Duty free.
