There are no questions or problems about the amenities, everything is clean, the beds are decent, everything works everywhere! Where the entrance to the rooms has its own table and benches on the street, where if you sit down to relax, you can enjoy the most beautiful view of Tbilisi, and purple flowers grow right in front of your eyes. Such a small paradise.

The hotel is not bad. Quiet at night, it seems clean. We were accommodated at 2 a.m., although it says that check-in is until 23:00, special thanks to the hotel owner. A girl cooks breakfast from 8 a.m., which is acceptable enough. The location is not far from the old house, which is quite convenient. but! Warning - the hotel is located on a mountain, that's how much you can imagine the severity of climbing uphill, that's steeper it will turn out to be! If you are old, if your legs hurt or you have children, and even more so in a stroller - this is not your option at all! Anyway, you shouldn't look for a hotel in this area. The hotel is perfect for young people!

The gorgeous view from the shared third floor compensates for the difficult climb (especially since you can get there by cheap taxi). The breakfasts are simple and the same, but before the tour it is quite normal.
The rooms are great, the price tag is nice. Very friendly staff - always ready to help, advise on something relevant and provide the necessary household appliances)
The location is excellent, close to the departure points of excursions (10 minutes walk from the mountain to the baths)

The hotel is above all praise, it is located on a mountain, the view from the balcony opens to the whole of Tbilisi, the staff is responsive, the breakfasts were delicious. The hotel is new, the plumbing is new, everything is great👍

Great hotel. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. Excellent breakfasts and an adequate price. I often go on business trips, there is something to compare it with. Very comfortable bed and mattress...no worse than in the network top five. The plumbing works perfectly.

It's too high to climb the mountain. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The furniture is new. The view from the windows is beautiful.
