Disgusting job of managers!
You order additional equipment at the salon - they won't call you, not once! Not to confirm the order, not about shipping ! Even about the delay
They are deceiving about the day of sending ( they themselves indicate in the correspondence that it is their fault ), but they did not fix the situation in any way!
And only through the courier service will I find out the dates!
They sent the wrong chairs. They talked about adding more goods - they forgot about it altogether ! Again, no one is calling))) Managers don't need it, it just doesn't matter! I have never seen such a terrible customer orientation anywhere!

The price is the same on the website, the billing is different...
they didn't bring any documents for the hoods, no certificates of conformity, nothing.
She asked me to send it by mail - just promises. It ended up being delivered by paid delivery.

I ordered a hood and a lamp , I waited for a day on time for delivery , then I called myself in the evening , they told me that the car broke down , they sent the delivery on another day . Boorish and disrespectful attitude .
You are the same. They didn't bring me a complete air conditioner to the hood.
We came to the conclusion that they would send me by European mail , and every day I wrote to them asking if they had sent it or not , two weeks later I realized that they were feeding me breakfast . To which they replied that it is also possible to work without an air DUCT and that's it, it's not that it's possible or not. And the fact that I paid money for this one , and whether I will work with him or not, this is already my problem .
I will not order anything else from them , and I will not advise anyone.
