Burgers have a good recipe. But the bun... It's just a shame... The usual ready-made bread from the store. The contrast is very strong, the meat is delicious, the sauces, the lines, and the bread roll. This little thing really spoiled the impression.

The bun is all softened and deflated. The waitress or whoever is standing at the checkout is very rude. I asked her to remove from the table, because everyone was busy, she told me: "the waiter will be free now and will clean up, wait yes," then she was rude to the girls ahead of us, said that they were bothering everyone here. They may have interrupted, but could they have said it mildly, or is this a feature of the service? 😁
There is no choice of drinks, only tea bags...

I was happy to regularly order delicious burgers until today they slipped chicken in my order instead of shrimp in a shrimp burger. It was just a big piece of chicken, not a couple of shrimp. I threw off a photo of a burger where the chicken is clearly visible, but they still claim that there was no mistake on their part and it's a shrimp, although in my opinion everything is obvious from the photo.
Due to a short-term profit of a couple thousand tenge, they take the client for fools and terminate their relationship with him. By the way, I contacted the franchise's quality control and they said that the case was egregious, the employees communicate rudely and generally acted terribly. They promised that they would give the contacts to the owner and he would contact me, but this did not happen.
