I do not advise anyone to employ this organization for objective reasons: the most important thing is that the labor legislation of the Republic of Belarus is grossly violated. Workers are not given the required soap, in the heat (!!!) They do NOT provide mowers with drinking water, gloves for garbage collection and felling trees should also be humiliatingly begged from the master (this is especially flourishing in the central district of the city, where the head of the plot Kupriyanova G. V.) Moreover, every day after work on the territory of the site, drinking alcoholic beverages with her connivance is organized. Employees are attracted WITHOUT the appropriate management documents, work on Saturdays and weekends!!!, and they do not want to pay at the 2nd tariff, substituting this with the item "labor participation of KTU"... It is simply useless to go to director Gomulko to solve any problems (for example, getting a work leave for
already worked (!!!) = 1.5 years, because the latter feels like a special king in the city! He's like water off a goose, like nothing else!... By his unauthorized decision, he can simply fine a thousand white rubles at once and the accounting department will withhold from the employee... This is a very peculiar organization we have in Gomel....
