The customs post itself is very modern compared to what can be found from Armenia. The staff speak Russian, which is very pleasant, and the passage of the border itself without unnecessary questions, but I'm either lucky or I don't know. Initially, at the entrance it was not very clear which tape and how to get in line, as a result, the employee began to shout at those in front, after which it did not become clearer and the atmosphere became tense with mutual rudeness. We selectively checked things through X-rays, according to what logic it is not clear... They told me not to take my medium-sized suitcase, and they even decided to banish the lady's purse from the female passenger.
The Georgian staff is of course bullying, probably the blood for Tskhinval is still pounding in their heart))))
I would not say that rudeness, but complete indifference to people.
They'll go into their room and wait for the people to accumulate or not get enough. And people can accumulate for 1.5-2 hours. And there's nowhere to even sit in the lobby. You can't really wait in the car, because you have to wait for the documents, suddenly they will bring them, they will take them away. The hat is shorter. I didn't expect this from Georgians, I really didn't expect it.
Moreover, I saw a couple of times that Ukrainians were pulled out of the queue and after 5 minutes, we talked, gave the documents and let them through. That's such a love for our
people, well, when work is going on, in principle, without unnecessary problems, they quickly looked at the documents, photographed and missed, there are no problems, the only problem is with the organization of waiting and skipping
Fast customs.
It took about 20 minutes for all the procedures.
Trucks are parked along the road, pulling around and moving towards the customs building in the oncoming lane.
