Общежитие 2 здание в неудовлетвормтельном состоянии,отмостка разрушена,запасные выходы требуют кап.ремонт,асфальт разрушен с тыльной стороны,левая сторона здания имеет просадку(в перспективе разрушение стены),зеленая зона требует полной реконструкции(деревья высохшие и сгнившие,много мусора и валежника,освещение отсутствует
