PLEASE READ IT IF YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE CARPETS TO THIS "DRY CLEANING".
On 28.03, three carpets were handed in. This company was recommended to us by friends, we passed it once and liked it. They came for the carpets, they came, they took them away. They left a receipt and said it would be delivered in a week. A week later, they called me, apologized and said that they had problems with the light and the carpets were delayed. Well, it happens.. Another week passes. Silence. I'm calling myself. The young man apologizes, says that there are problems with the equipment and the carpets will be ready in a couple of days. A week later, I call again, already swearing. To which I am informed at the other end that the company is in COURT PROCEEDINGS. There is no light and my carpets are lying, waiting for their turn, as only one generator is working. To which I reply that we will come and pick up the carpets ourselves, of course, without payment. By the evening of the same day, they called me and said that my carpets were ready.
It arrived today. We refused to pay the full price and did the right thing. The carpets are dirty!!! Just covered in dust!!! You swipe your hand and there are specks on your hands. And when shaking the children's carpet on the floor, the sound of crumbling debris. It is clear that they tried to wash them. The white carpet became lighter. But most likely, after my call, they just brought me from "x" unwashed.
My husband met the courier, and I packed the kids. I regret that I didn't come out to check. Otherwise, there would be no payment! The company is unscrupulous! Don't get involved if you value your time and money.

Quick acceptance, everything is clear without unnecessary movements. They give it back even faster)).
There are inconveniences with parking, but it does not depend on Carpet Cleaning, the city should take this into account when approving and developing a road plan near such buildings.
Everything is wonderful on the carpet - clean and fluffy!

This is not the first time we have contacted the organization (we have been regular customers for many years), but we have never met such rudeness. When the carpet was taken away, we were charged an additional storage bill, which was not mentioned during the transfer of the carpet for cleaning and payment. When we said that we had not been warned about any paid storage, the staff simply put their fingers on the receipt with the words "everything is written there." There is zero customer orientation. When the carpet itself was taken away, they simply threw it on the table (without unwrapping the carpet, without showing that it had been cleaned and without saying anything). By the way, the carpet was cleaned disgustingly, fine hairs, dust and a musty smell are visible in the pile of the carpet, which was the main reason for cleaning.

Terrible cleaning quality..Passed the carpet the main reason is the smell of dust..They returned with the smell of dust and some fine hairs (either from cats or something else) all over the path..It feels like they threw all the carpets in a pile, doused them with water and hung them up... Sorry for the money and time spent..I don't recommend going there..

I do not advise you to contact us here!!!It's a terrible place. Just like 10 years ago, they couldn't clean anything properly, so now they turned and didn't take the carpet for cleaning (making up ridiculous excuses on the go), although I cleaned it perfectly several times at another dry cleaner.

We handed over 2 carpets in early May. They brought back all the hair and dirt.The receptionist practically cursed us when we made a claim. We were with the children, but we couldn't stay long..Avoid this place and read the reviews.

The pillows were handed over , and the master got sick ( the pillows have been painted and there is no way to pick them up ) . Disgusting service in such situations!!!! (the administrator promised to resolve the issue)!!! We are waiting for a decision for the second week!!

Convenient location. I was surprised by the prices, which are quite affordable. I handed over the Brest carpet in bright colors, which I no longer believed that I would see in its original form. Thank you very much! I couldn't believe my eyes - the new one probably didn't look like that. Once again, many thanks to the staff for their conscientious work! I definitely recommend it.

It's not the first time I've used this dry cleaner, but I've never seen such rudeness. The carpet was cleaned well on the front side, but on the back it was returned covered in wool and hair, (despite the fact that there are no animals in the house) to a calm question, What is it?! They said: well, what do you want synthetics - everything sticks, that I find fault and that next time you take it to another dry cleaner. That's customer focus.

Nothing special.
What they write is that the old carpet with a long pile was reanimated to an almost new state. Very doubtful. My carpet is not quite old and the pile is of medium length, it feels like it was just knocked out. It's good that the price is not expensive, it's not a shame.

Disgusting dry cleaning! Please be careful! After carpet cleaning, there was wool, sand, etc. There are spots left. In addition, 1 carpet was torn. How is this possible??? So why, excuse me, should I take it to the dry cleaners? The carpets have become much worse than they were before. The only thing is that they have become lighter. Wasted money (albeit small) and time. That's why the price is low, the quality of the service is appropriate!

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Carpet Cleaning team for the work done on our carpet. The carpet is many years old, it once hung proudly on the wall and decorated the living room, but for the last 20 years it has been lying underfoot in the country and has not even really stood out. Disgusting.
- Waste of time.
- Money thrown away.
- The arrival of the courier only when it is convenient for the organization, without compromise.
You are notified when the courier arrives, and no one is interested in whether someone is at home or not.
- After the carpets were delivered after the dry cleaning, it turned out that the dry cleaning was not carried out (there are hairs and small debris on the carpets that were before the dry cleaning, and actually for what the dry cleaning was ordered). Even if something was done with carpets, the result remained exactly the same as it was before the dry cleaning.
- The carpets were delivered packed in a plastic bag, the lack of dry cleaning was revealed after unpacking and after the courier quickly left.
- The pile on the carpets was crushed and remained.
- Payment is made before dry cleaning, apparently because few people agree to pay for such dry cleaning.
The impressions are extremely negative.

Awful. Just tears in my eyes. As they took the dirty carpet, so they brought it. The smell is even worse. They returned it in a bag with an even worse smell than it was. I will write complaints to all authorities. It's not about the money, it's just a shame to the point of tears.

It so happened that the last carpet was very dirty with dirt and clogged with lint from the coat of the dog jackrassel (who knows this breed, he will understand). it seems to have been vacuumed, but it's not much use. I've been using it for a very long time, probably more than 10 years. I can recommend it as a high-quality, real carpet cleaning. By the word real, I mean not just cleaning on the surface, but a well-washed carpet, so to speak! There have been no complaints over the years. They arrived, took it away and returned a clean, dry and pleasantly smelling carpet a week later. This is especially important if there are pets in the house (pet owners will understand what I mean)) Plus, the relatively low price and the possibility of a small carpet repair if necessary. In general, I like it!
