The fact is that I sterilized my homeless cat, yes, she is very wild, yes, she does not make contact, yes, it was very difficult to catch her already at the clinic (low bow to VETAMIKA :). When 12 days had passed and it was necessary to remove the blanket, we could not do it with overexposure. The idea arose to bring cats to the Crystal. I immediately said that the cat is very wild, that gloves are needed, that it bites and is not given at all. But they agreed to accept us. The problems started already in the office: the doctor wondered why I dared to come to them, and not to the place where I did the sterile, and then said verbatim: Such cats must be DESTROYED!!! I was about to say that it was not for him to judge who to destroy and who not, but he was adamant and further developed the topic, wondering why such a thing. The height of unprofessionalism! If you can't help, then don't take it, so you won't have to comment! Yes, the sediment is huge, it would be better if the truth went through the whole city to vetamika, there is at least a decent attitude towards clients!!!
PS. how can a DOCTOR afford such statements?!

You know, pet lovers, I was very upset that we did not wait for an appointment with Leonid's doctor, for the first time, I am a regular customer, I understand that we were saving another cat (as they said, the liver was failing), but our pets are more expensive than ours. My cat was yelling at the whole clinic so he wanted help from Leonid. But we were unlucky, another owner's cat was dying in front of us. After an hour of my cat's screams, I rushed to another clinic (I was without an appointment, the cat became ill in a matter of minutes). I went to two VET clinics, they provided all possible help, but there was no reaction, my cat is 16 years old and really not ready to say goodbye to him, I left because he screamed a lot, my reaction is clear, I personally kept a dropper in another vet clinic, the doctor should treat and not keep droppers, I think. Thanks to this situation, I learned to understand medicines as much as possible and intuitively understand my pets, yes, I use alternative medicine (because I was never refused there), but I still want to thank Leonid and his wife for this lesson really, I am very grateful to them not only for the lessons, they taught me to understand medicines, do not rely only on doctors, I advise everyone who loves their pets to read and be interested in diagnoses and sometimes act on behalf of intuition and a great desire to cure. But a lot of work, as I realized, does not allow me to provide prompt assistance, I had to persuade them to take out the brain earlier, I probably already got my pets. Yes, I am not interested in a losing opinion in the 21st century, when medicine is so developed, it is necessary to prolong the life of pets. Of course, I do not plan to apply anymore, I see that despite the cry of the cat, they probably will not help me urgently, nevertheless, I want to wish prosperity to the polyclinic in difficult times of change from 2022, I also wish, regardless of the workload (the issue is being resolved in a businesslike way), to remain the same nice people and not get bitter, a little more pity God himself is a doctor to the wards. I have not yet met a doctor of such a high level as Leonid, but as always I say the main thing is not to star, cats have been a lot of doctors all my life. When I was not working in a polyclinic, everything turned out better, and now access to constructive communication is closed by an assistant (but I am grateful to her). I am very grateful for Mary, he pulled her out of the hands of death and I will always be grateful, but if not but. I think even the cat needs to be pulled out for more than 16 years. All the best. My opinion is subjective, of course.
