They said we'll replace everything. We immediately went to the salon, where we were not told that we needed to fill out a form on the website. They were fed breakfast that they would call back. A week later they said that the doors would be there, but the car broke down. Then they said that the doors are not ready yet, wait until mid-September. In mid-September, they began to accuse them of not filling out the form. They also called several times to clarify what kind of doors and sizes you have (as if everything is in the contract). Then they sent a specialist to check whether the defective door was accurate (their specialists were engaged in installation). As a result, on October 2, there are still no doors, and we are being fed breakfast. And already new dates, wait until October 20. In general, our repair became because of this salon

We ordered 5 doors from them (first 3 according to the contract and then 2)
First , they brought the wrong color (we immediately noticed when delivering it) , we were told that it would be exchanged .
Also, the fittings were brought the wrong color for the first time.
After installing the doors, the master says that one door is not the same size at all 90 cm (it should have been 80).
As a result, the fittings for the first three doors were brought right.
But dobor , allegedly , can bring two 100 (instead of one 200 as they should have ) , due to the fact that there is no necessary stock.
After that, the 2 remaining doors had to be brought in.
We agreed with them about the delivery, we are waiting for the doors on the stated day - they are not there, the time is 7 pm, Friday and the office is not working.
It turns out that the person in the office did not record our delivery!
Well, we agreed on the next day, we waited another week, they bring the doors and what else could be wrong, the FITTINGS are not the same.
The color and model are not the same. ( at the same time , we were not warned about this )

We were told that our fittings are not available, that let the master supply us with this one, but the RIGHT ONE. We will be exchanged as soon as it becomes available.
I asked IF they would DEFINITELY exchange me , and not DISAPPEAR , to which they told me that they would definitely exchange everything .

NO one exchanged it.
They just ignored the calls, then said they would dial and that was it.

Отвратительно. Потрачено куча времени и нервов. Отвратительное отношение к клиентам. Вместо обещанных 30 дней за 2 двери (экошпон).договор заключён в марте. Ждала 4 месяца. Постоянно слыша о задержках/ неправильном товаре / что пришла не та машина. Ни раз за весь срок мне не позвонили и не предупредили о задержках. Когда пошла пеня с дискаунтера, мои звонки начали игнорировать. И никто не перезванивал. После написания заявления на расторжение ( в июле) . Резко начали звонить и уговаривать принять двери.
Не хотели выплачивать неустойку.
И возврата денег я ждала почти месяц, вместо 10 дней.
