I managed without the help of consultants. But today I was tempted to ask for advice about mascara)) but I knew exactly what I wanted! As a result, I bought the wrong thing and the wrong color! Mascara is usually black, but here it turned out to be brown. I found it already at home. I didn't touch the packaging! The exchange call was refused. They politely apologized for the mistake that occurred only through the fault of the consultant. I saw this smile in my voice) and well, good luck) but they are always around) they work late) and the prices are reasonable) and they always give out checks!) and all their imported cosmetics are familiar for many years) I love this shop sincerely!

the cosmetics are original, the prices are adequate, the choice is 6/10, consultants are not necessary at once. It's easier to find something yourself than to contact them. most often, there are very unhappy people. I noticed that some of the palettes have been in an open (!) state for more than a year.
