If you have doubts, do not hesitate! Come to class, take the first step! You should at least try it! Here you can choose workouts for every taste: strength, dance, aerobic. I tried different ones, settled on "Pilates - A healthy back" (age, you know, joints...). My back said "Thank you", it hurt less!!!
