A magnificent hotel!!! You find yourself in an oriental fairy tale. The cleanliness is perfect! The location is excellent. Nearby is Registan, a colorful bazaar. The linen is clean, the beds are comfortable. The staff can be given 10+. Friendly and helpful. We arrived early in the morning and as soon as the room was ready, we were immediately checked in. The hotel has a great breakfast! The range is excellent, there is everything for every taste. And everything is so clean, well-groomed, I want to try everything. The coffee at breakfast is excellent.

Great service with attention to detail! From the entrance you can feel the pleasant oriental fragrance and the smiles of the staff. The interior has a skillful combination of minimalism with a touch of oriental luxury. As clean as possible in all spaces. In summer, there is a Jacuzzi on the roof, and in winter you can warm up in the sauna with a Jacuzzi, which is open individually for you via recording. Pilaf, national pastries, sweets and strawberries with blueberries are served for breakfast. There is a gym. A plate of fresh dried fruits is offered in each room as a treat. The location is as close as possible to all the main attractions, I walked everywhere. A cozy and photogenic courtyard.

I did not expect this level of hotel and this level of service. 10 out of 10! It's clean, cozy, and beautiful.
The food at breakfast and in the restaurant is just perfect! A large selection and everything is very, very tasty!
You can spend the whole day at the hotel - go to the gym, then lie in the Jacuzzi on the roof and sunbathe, read a book sitting in the cozy courtyard.
If there were still live music in the evenings, it would be a real resort hotel.
I recommend it!

The hotel is super! Small, New, clean, beautiful, located in the historical part of the city within walking distance to the main attractions - between Registan and the market. There is a Jacuzzi on the roof and a restaurant with a view of the city. The breakfasts are not varied, but everything is there: seasonal fruits and local sweets. Worth the money!

We were from 05 to 06 April. Great rooms and friendly staff. A very good breakfast. There is a pleasant restaurant on the terrace where you can have dinner and smoke hookah. Atmospheric courtyard.
Registan is a 7-8 minute walk away.

The hotel was built relatively recently. Located on the narrow streets of the old town. It is very convenient: you can walk to the bazaar, Registan Square or the Bibihanum Mosque. A very nice courtyard for smokers. There is also an ivan restaurant on the roof.

A great hotel that I would gladly recommend. It is very beautiful, clean and intimate. There is a Jacuzzi on the roof with a view, as well as a sauna. Due to bad weather, it was not possible to visit the rooftop restaurant. We ordered food from it - the dishes are high-quality and delicious. The breakfast is also good, there are many local dishes that you can try. We were very satisfied with our stay. From what I would like to improve - the quality of gels and shampoos in the rooms leaves nothing to do better, add body lotion. And also insulate the roof deck for the winter season.

The best boutique hotel not only in Samarkand but also in the whole of Uzbekistan. The hotel is brand new and very beautiful. Excellent staff. Everyone is trying to help. Every time we entered the hotel, we were offered tea and sweets. It's all free. They helped in all cases. When we realized that the banks were already closed and we would not be able to change the money, they gave us their bank card so that we would not change our plans for the evening because of this problem. And in the morning they changed the money for us while we were having breakfast.
I travel a lot and I can confidently say that this is one of the best hotels in the world in terms of service.

I liked everything about this hotel) The interior, the service, the attitude - everything is beyond praise. Our room was a family room - three comfortable beds. Everything is OK with the water, no fluctuations. Cleaning is daily. Water is also brought every day. But I want to tell you about a few moments that pleased us) Our trip to Uzbekistan fell on my daughter's birthday, how sweetly she was congratulated at the hotel! Five people came, brought a cake, sang a birthday song, said nice words, in general it was very pleasant))) We created a festive mood. The second situation occurred before departure - the lights went out in Samarkand the day before (we were lucky to get into abnormal snowfalls). About 10 minutes later, they brought us a beautiful lantern, then a large plate of fruit, apologized for the situation in which they were not to blame, in general, 100 times probably, but most of all they were surprised by the monetary compensation upon departure, for the inconvenience caused. In summary, I can say that this hotel really thinks about you, it's very nice!

We stayed at the new Kosh Havuz boutique Hotel, located in the heart of the historical part of Samarkand.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very charming and friendly general manager of the hotel. Subsequently, he and the entire staff solved all our issues with lightning speed.
The rooms are new and cozy. Wi-Fi is everywhere. Tea and sweets were brought to our room every day. The children called them royal treats.
The entire hotel is hand-decorated with Uzbek patterns. Craftsmen from different parts of Uzbekistan have been decorating the interior of the hotel for two years.
Breakfast is above all praise. Very varied and delicious. There is a corner with local dishes, a large selection of cold snacks and hot dishes.
The children and their dad did not get out of the Jacuzzi and sauna. I looked into the gym. Everyone was absolutely delighted! We definitely recommend it!

These people are too arrogant, I have a house in the courtyard behind the hotel, on our side the hotel is not well maintained at all. The workers smoke, and they see that the Onix car is running on gas from below, but they still smoke, and these are not men, but women. They smoke and throw the leftovers into our yard. They peek at us while we swim in the summer. It's also like when everyone is in the family, when they come to the yard, they look at the women, watch what we are doing, and when we take it off, they leave. They don't give you a normal life. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HORROR!!!!!!!!

A very cool hotel! We liked absolutely everything: the location is a few minutes walk to the Registan, the hotel has a courtyard, a fountain murmurs (in the evening they turn off so as not to interfere with sleep), there is a restaurant on the terrace on the top floor of the hotel, you can have dinner, smoke a hookah in the air. On the 1st floor there is a sauna and a Jacuzzi, on the roof there is also a Jacuzzi. You're lying in the Jacuzzi, looking at the sky and you're crazy! The beds in the rooms are huge (2 m, no less!), the mattresses and pillows are comfortable, everything is clean and tidy. Special respect to the hotel staff - everyone is very friendly, caring and helpful. You really feel like a dear guest! We were very satisfied, we wish success and prosperity to the Kosh Havuz hotel!

The hotel is clean, the breakfasts are satisfactory. The main advantage is a five-minute walk to Registan. Thanks to this, it was quite by chance that we managed to get to the laser show on the walls of the madrassa in the evening, showing the history of Uzbekistan. We were lucky, because the show is not held regularly, but in the case when it is ordered by some corporate event.

I really liked it, great impressions from staying here. The interior is one of the most beautiful that we have seen in all our travels, indeed, a real boutique hotel. The staff is a miracle, they are completely focused on the guest, and are ready to solve non—standard situations and requests, take responsibility, and be creative in solutions. This is the first hotel where the staff was genuinely worried that we were skipping breakfast and would be hungry (we overslept unaccustomed due to the time difference with the house), they brought breakfast to our room. Usually the staff has scripts, but here — hospitality, culture.
And the location, of course, is convenient, the whole old center is nearby, Registan is around one corner, Bibi Khanim is behind the other.

Of the disadvantages, only a slight smell of sewage in the bathroom. We lived in a room on the ground floor.
