Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. Recently, the quality of service and the attitude towards customers in the Korzinka chain of stores has been causing serious disappointment.
Firstly, the prices of many goods are clearly too high. Moreover, this applies not only to imported products, but also to locally produced goods. This is especially sensitive for ordinary customers who rely on the availability of basic foodstuffs.
Secondly, I have repeatedly come across posts in large telegram and Facebook groups about visitor complaints. There are expired products on the shelves. This is especially often observed in the category of dairy products, bakery products and confectionery. Such cases should not occur in a large retail chain, where, it would seem, clear quality control processes should be established.
And finally, feedback. It seems that customer reviews on social media and on maps are simply ignored. I would really like the management of the network to take criticism seriously. Responding to feedback is not just a sign of respect for a customer, it is an indicator of business maturity.
I kindly ask that you pay attention to these problems, conduct an internal audit, strengthen quality control, review your pricing policy, and finally start listening to your customers.
