We had a vacation in the summer of 2024. One of the advantages is that the hotel is new and the rooms are fresh. The bed linen and towels are high-quality and clean. At least in the summer of 2024)). The mattresses and pillows are comfortable.
The room was cleaned upon request, and clean linen was provided. The hotel is new, so it's generally a pleasure to stay there.
I was disappointed by the lack of sound insulation in the rooms, the neighbors could be heard verbatim.
In my opinion, there is a problem with the kitchen area, it does not correspond at all to the hotel itself. The fact that the territory of the hotel is not yet fully maintained can be understood - the hotel is new, I hope there will be landscaping, but the kitchen greatly spoils the impression. Somehow it so happened that the hotel is clean, and the kitchen area is not affected by cleaning. This must be fixed for sure. In addition, the kitchen is cramped, although the hotel's territory allows the kitchen to be more spacious. There is no breakfast in the hotel, so families with children have to use the kitchen, I would like it to be clean (
There is a washing machine, it is in great demand, there is a queue.
There is a covered terrace, which is quite large, but it happened that in the evening, when all the guests returned, there were not enough places, we had to wait for dinner. It would be great if the dining area corresponded to the room stock, so that there was enough room for hotel guests.
The "kitchen area" is a minus, there is something to improve in order to increase the comfort of vacationers and the attractiveness of the hotel.
If the owners are willing to work out these disadvantages, the Crown of Abkhazia will only get better).
And so, in general, the location of the hotel is good, the sea and the pine forest are close, the beach in Ldzaa is wonderful.

Good afternoon. The hotel is new, we liked it. Clean room, white bed linen and towels. The air conditioning works perfectly on two floors in our room. It is very convenient that there is a refrigerator in the room. The TV was perfectly entertaining for children. The mattresses are gorgeous and 11 nights were easy for a sore back, which is a rarity for hotels. They didn't cook, but they washed and there were difficulties. The queue is not small for the washing machine, one washing machine is not enough for the hotel!!! Since the new hotel has small remarks: there was not enough rope on the balcony for drying clothes, there were not enough hangers in the closet. Contacting the administrator Aida, she quickly resolved all our requests. Thanks to Aida for her attentiveness to the guests and prompt resolution of issues.

We are currently vacationing at the Korona hotel of Abkhazia, the hotel is wonderful, new, beautifully renovated, clean rooms, snow-white bed linen, the rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay, even a refrigerator, a chic kitchen... but vacationers ..... not all of them, of course, but there are those who won't even wash a plate for themselves.... and so everything is very wonderful!!!!!! Many thanks to Alina, the hostess!!!!! Thanks to the administrator Aida, who quickly and effectively solves all everyday problems. I hope that we will come back here more than once.

We had a rest in early September in this hotel, in a two-storey room. I liked everything. The refrigerator, TV, and air conditioning worked well (I missed the kettle in the room). The furniture is all new, snow-white towels and bed linen. Of the cons, you can mark the territory of the hotel, but I think it's a matter of time, since the hotel is new. The gorgeous sea is 5 minutes away. The Aida administrator always reacted quickly and with a smile to our requests. Special thanks to the hostess Alina, who allowed me and my child to wait for the transfer to the airport until the evening, and for free. To the question, would you come to this hotel again, definitely YES.

We were in Abkhazia for the first time, but there is something to compare it with. I'll start with the pros:
- the room is large
- linen, mattresses are good
- room amenities (as previously written, there was no smell on the 2nd floor from the sewer)
- the beach is close, 7 minutes on foot and you are in the middle of a beautiful beach
- the street is not noisy
- the beach and the sea are fire, the water is unreal, you don't want to leave it.
Of the cons, what would I recommend to finalize:
- increase the refrigerators in the rooms, because vacationers complain that food is missing from the shared refrigerators
- not enough dishes in the shared kitchen
- not enough space and cooking stoves
- increase the number of seats (tables, chairs) in the dining area
- the shared toilet is always closed on the first floor (it is not very convenient to run to the 2nd, 3rd floor)
- the communal kitchen and the building are very poorly cleaned. In the kitchen, all the cupboards are covered in grease.
- the Internet catches very poorly in the rooms, it was not possible to watch TV at all, it catches well outside.
- it is advisable to put a washing machine and a microwave on each floor.
- the children of the service staff are on the territory and behave very indecently, this concerns the boy, causes conflicts and fights among children and takes whatever he wants in the kitchen.
PS: The price does not match a little, we were in August, for 4 people 6500r (and at the same time people 7500 paid right there), you can rent similar rooms in the same availability for 5000r.
No offense to the owners of the review, for the sake of improving conditions.

I'll start with the fact that we have been going on vacation at the sea for 19 years in a row, so there is something to compare it with. On the plus side: the room is large, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning and the refrigerator are working. Of the cons: the most important disadvantage is the lack of a good manager who would give this hotel a mind. If you have any questions, you can ask them only to 2 Uzbek girls who speak Russian sooo poorly. There is NO Internet in the rooms , only on the street . The TV does not work , we have repeatedly written to Alina , but . .. Room cleaning is only on request ( in all hotels they clean steadily every 3 days), there is no stock of toilet paper, you have to look for someone to give it . Having a washing machine is a great bonus, as long as you wait in line. We are unlikely to return here and will not recommend it to our friends .

Well, not the best hotel
There is no Internet, although the manager assures you that it is there, no, it is there if you leave the hotel on the street.
I won't find fault with the details, but the wires are hanging everywhere, the skirting board doesn't hold up very well, the hot water goes on for a long time.
The kitchen is terrible, 1 square meter on which there is not much, although there are about 30 rooms in the hotel.
The parking area is large, but in fact it was possible to build a huge swimming pool there and still there are plenty of parking places.
The balcony is not equipped to dry things on it, it's good that I took a rope with me.
The biggest problem is the management boorishness is rare, at the beginning it is sweet and pleasant, but as soon as you start complaining about certain problems, protection immediately turns on, saying that everything works the way it should, you are doing something wrong.
The rooms are expensive, but this is because of August, I understand it will be cheaper to go at another time.
It's not far to the sea if you know how to cut.
In general, it is better to look for something else in advance.

The hotel is fresh, but we were settled on the ground floor - there was a constant smell of sewage in the room, to which the administration shrugged - like this is only on the ground floor. The only thing that saved us was that we only spent the night there . There is no desire to return there

We had a vacation in August with a big family. We did not book accommodation in advance, which turned out to be sideways for us during the high season. It's your own fault. They were looking for housing for a long time - the rooms were in other places, but for 3-4 people with a maximum of extra. a place, and there were 5 of us. Tired of searching, they were ready to call any number. In the "Crown of Abkhazia" we were offered a two-storey room, it is designed for 4 people, a cot was additionally installed and everyone had full-fledged beds.
In the room:
-refrigerator, but it turned out to be too small for five))
-bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). There is no mat, get ready to fly out of the shower and of course wet floors. There are no shelves for shampoos, etc. Place everything on the sink. There is not a single mirror in the whole room.
- TV. Not used)) Before leaving, they were surprised to find that he was hanging on a rope like paintings. We were shocked of course)
-The organization of drying. Some kind of rope was stretched, which of course was not enough for us. We turned to the administrator with the wish to organize a dryer for people at least in the future, to which we received an answer like "why is she fine anyway".

I do not recommend this place. It looks like a clean hotel, located on the second line from the sea. Terrible audibility of people in the rooms. It can be heard very loudly when rooms are cleaned and doors are slammed. There is one washing machine in the kitchen for the entire hotel, one stove that is not even able to fry meat, because it simply cannot cope with all the pots that are on it. Two refrigerators are completely packed with vacationers' products. And it is not always possible to put something there for other vacationers. The prices are too high for the rooms.
