The doctors are good, especially our attending physician Nazerke Kaldybekovna. But the girls at the reception are constantly changing, but almost all are incompetent, and the last time was (01/28/24), not only does she not know which doctor takes it for free, but she is also openly rude! I am 55 years old, she addresses me by name and said to the remark: "Did they help you? Go!" As if we didn't come to the clinic where she works, but to her house to beg.
I think medical institutions need to select staff more demanding. Fortunately, we have a lot of literate, well-mannered and cultured youth.
