The whole coffee shop is based on her, and for her sake we go there together!

Cinnamon is about love. Cinnamon is about stability. It will always be good here. For some reason, this particular institution causes some kind of childish joy in any season. In summer it is about grounding in rhythm, in autumn it is the most atmospheric warm place, in winter it is an ideal shelter from the penetrating cold, in spring it is like an observation deck for contemplating awakening.
Cinnamon is a place where I always bring my family and I will be sure that we only feed on this wonderful atmosphere. The atmosphere at each point is really family-friendly: warm shades, soft light, friendly staff who make it feel cozy.
I want to mention nutty cocoa as a separate item, if you have read up to this point, then this drink is my autumn and winter must have!♥️♥️♥️

The best restaurant in Brest. Coffee is always made the most delicious (at least a favorite cappuccino with coconut). Girls are generally the most beautiful thing that can be. I always leave cinnamon with a great mood and delicious coffee. They always smile and are very polite, and I want to take another one of them with me along with coffee. At lunch, I always go to this institution and do not regret it. Also a recommendation to the authorities if they read this, give the girls a bonus, they deserve it. Faced terrible service on July 19th, 2024. When I came to the cafe with a friend, I ordered a large ice latte ON coconut, left the institution and walked a couple of meters, tried the drink and realized that something was wrong) I was tired after work, maybe I said the wrong thing, I thought?I asked my friend "what did I order?", she replied "ice latte on coconut." At that moment, I realized that it was not me who was mistaken, but the employees of the coffee shop. I came back and asked the girls: what did you do to me? They looked at each other and the girl who took my order said: ice latte With coconut. I replied: I ordered coconut milk, I have a terrible allergy to cow's milk. Another employee already told me: PAY 3.90 EXTRA and we will redo your coffee, and next time specify what is on coconut milk
I'm embarrassed to ask, but is there coffee with coconut syrup?)
To put it mildly, I was taken aback by these words, because I am a catering worker myself and I understand that if a guest orders something without a certain product, it means he has an allergy or he just doesn't like this or that ingredient, and if for some reason it turned out that the guest did not have his burger in the order without, say, cucumbers, but with them (because it is included in the composition) - we apologize, we redo everything for FREE, because this is our joint, and we understand that the consequences of this puncture are completely on us, we are responsible for the health of the guest!
Here it was the other way around....
Please review the cameras (18:30-18:40), listen to this dialogue and take measures for the work of employees.
My friends who know this story said that they would never set foot in Cinnamon again, and I would probably also refuse to visit this institution, because my health is more important to me.

Delicious coffee, BUT(!) employees do not know the ingredients of the products sold, including coffee. When asked what you make coffee with orange (juice or drink) on, they could not answer right away, then they said juice, but in the end it was a drink. I do not advise you to take macaroons, cookies, etc., as the expiration dates are not observed (they are not even there), as a result there is no composition (if you cannot do something, you will not even be able to clarify).
It is necessary to train employees in the regulations and rules for the sale of food products.

It used to be my favorite coffee shop, but my impressions were spoiled by the staff.
There were several situations and I decided to write a review
I understand that working in catering is difficult. But baristas almost never smile at me.
Then they forgot to make my order, then they didn't add coffee to the raf, but only milk + halva, then they ignore the request to make the coffee hotter.
And the raf here is made with milk, not cream :(

And all because of the young staff. I didn't write a review right away, I was waiting for something to change, but it gets worse every time. Rude communication, when you come in, you get the feeling that you are not welcome here.
It's a shame to write this, because the institution itself is good. But when you get rude and you see how customers are treated, you don't want to come anymore.
I will not write names, but it is definitely necessary to have a conversation with employees and explain how to communicate with people..

We came to have breakfast early in the morning. We chose a place based on reviews, work schedule and availability of breakfast. High marks seem to be given by very unassuming people, because we still did not understand where the institution got such a high rating. The choice of breakfast dishes is very modest. Turkey quiche contains more dill than turkey. The coffee is ordinary, of medium quality. The girls at the bar are tired (or just didn't get enough sleep, their working day starts very early). In general, this is not the place where you want to meet a cool morning.
