I rarely leave reviews. I called the company about sending a package to Oman. The employee replied to my "hello" in such a tone that, in principle, I did not want to discuss anything. Well, then the conversation continues in the same vein. Please work on it.

They were regular customers. The last time we faced rudeness on the phone, referral to another delivery service. They did not inform us in advance about their priority deliveries, they waited for the courier for several days (they did not even warn the courier on the day of the transfer). It's a pity to interrupt the cooperation, but alas...
