Of the advantages: the sea is nearby (1-2 min walk), rooms with a balcony for 5+, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, kettle, safe are all in the room. An extra place with a good mattress. Excellent water pressure. There is a dryer, a table and chairs on the balcony. There is a spacious gazebo with a large number of tables on the territory. There is no stove, there is nowhere to cook an egg or pasta with sausage even minimally, although there is a dining room in the white building on the ground floor and a decent cafe on the sea, with very adequate prices - Sea breeze. The lack of a cooking place, for a hotel of this level, is probably very logical, we lived for 9 days and were never saddened by this fact, since on vacation we need to rest from cooking, otherwise these eternally cooking aunts in guest houses of the south are a little unnerving))). There are dishes, a microwave, a kettle, and cutlery in the common area. Everything is within walking distance: the sea, shops, pharmacies, local market, cafes, canteens, etc. We definitely recommend it. For our Russian South, and for Abkhazia, especially hotel level 5***** 👍👍👍

On the second floor there is an ironing board and an iron, there is a hair dryer, on the floors there is a dustpan with a broom, you can take it to your room at any time to clean up the garbage. The territory is clean, well-maintained, there is a small kitchen with various dishes, appliances and a microwave. Recreation area with tables. There is also a mini slide-car for kids. The hostess is a good-natured, friendly woman, you can also wash their clothes, 300 rubles, give it to the hostess of the hotel and get everything clean! The hotel has a dining room, everything is delicious and homely, a distribution line, a large assortment, reasonable prices, we had breakfast and lunch there every day. From the hotel to the sea 3 min., to the center 5. The local market is 10 minutes walking distance. All the shops are groceries, fruits, everything is nearby. People are sincere and friendly. Let's go back there again. I recommend the hotel.
