I often notice that some cashiers talk on the phone during work. Of course, customers don't like this. In my opinion, it's uncivilized to discuss personal issues over the phone when you're serving clients. Because of such conversations, the work becomes less efficient, and the cashier begins to punch through the goods more slowly. This leads to queues.
Sometimes, when I want to buy something quickly during a break, there is only one cash register, and usually there is a long queue. I came across this situation this morning: I went to the store to do some shopping, I was supposed to do everything in time, but the employee got a call and she started talking on the phone. Because of this, she was slow to serve the customer in front of me, and I had to be late for school.
