Be careful, you can simply be evicted from the hotel at any time. We booked the hotel for a week, and extended it on the spot for another week. When the day of the second week came, we were asked to leave within two hours without really explaining anything. It's just a mess between the staff and now you're on the street without a place to live, at the most difficult time to find a place to live. I do not recommend taking risks and checking into this hotel.

The arrival was early, there were no problems at check-in, it was agreed with the hotel in advance.The hotel was very surprised for its "4 stars".I haven't seen such a warm welcome for a long time!New,modern,clean,beautiful interior. Standard Room:spacious,bright,warm,new furniture and plumbing.I had a view of the residential sector (there are rooms with a view of the pool and at the time of arrival-the pool was temporarily not working), next to the LCD construction site-it did not interfere, the room is quiet, there is no noise! They accept bank cards and local money.The atmosphere is homely and very cozy, thought out to the smallest detail:excellent attitude to the guests, a compliment from the hotel-fruits in the room and treats at the bar on the 1st floor, including tastings:wines, vodka, cognac-of our own production, excellent quality and exquisite taste at affordable prices, the kitchen is open until 23h, thanks a lot to the chefs and sous chef!Wi-fi is excellent throughout the territory, a restaurant on the 8th floor, where there are: delicious buffet breakfasts, which had to forget about all diets and restrictions (for an additional fee.boiled coffee will be prepared for the fee), special thanks for MARCH 8!There is also a terrace that opens up to you the 8th floor of transparency with its highlight of a glass floor with a magnificent and charming view of Mount Ararat and, in general, the local flavor.Smoking is prohibited in the hotel, only in the designated area, which was very pleasing, since I am a non-smoker.The location is perfect, 20 minutes walk to the city center.I would boldly give the hotel "5 stars."I want to say a huge THANK YOU to all the staff of this hotel:for your attention, responsiveness and warm welcome.THANKS to the administrator Alexander, who is a professional in his work, and to Director Harutyun for the service and attitude to the guests-beyond praise!

A new hotel. Not far from the center. Delicious, good breakfast. The staff is helpful. The room was cleaned every day. You can always find something to complain about, but, in principle, it's okay. The view from the window is a little depressing, well, this is not a resort hotel with a view. So 4+ does not reach 5 yet.

Very worthy!!!! The rooms are excellent, the service level is high. The price-quality is consistent. So far, only all-inclusive breakfasts, but full board is promised soon. There is a swimming pool, heated water, clean, tidy!!! A European-level hotel. I recommend.
