wonderful hotel, lovely Larisa (the hostess of the house), wonderful Bagheera (the friendly dog who met us the very first)!
we had a rest in August 2024 together, a calm atmosphere, responsive people nearby (helped when she was ill)
Larisa told everything quickly and clearly upon check-in, advised places and excursions (hashupse canyon and jeep tour 5 in 1 are the best!), was always there and in touch on any issue ❤
We were very satisfied holidays in Abkhazia, the beach, prices (cheaper than in Russia)
I hope we will come back again and more than once!

We rested here together in September. I really liked the hotel, the hospitable hosts, special thanks to Larisa, for the reception and responsiveness. 5-7 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes to the market. The beach is sparsely populated, which was important for us. I would also like to note that there are no children in the hotel, for which special thanks! There are a lot of excursions, it is impossible to visit everything in the 10 days that we had, which gives us a reason to definitely return here next year.
Regular and high-quality room cleaning. Peace and quiet, just great. We have never been to Abkhazia before, we fell in love with the country, the air, the sun, the sea, and the cuisine. It is impossible not to note very reasonable prices in canteens, cafes, restaurants. We have been to many places before, but here we were pleasantly surprised.
We look forward to seeing you again!!!

The hotel is good, pleasant staff, convenient location 5 minutes to the wild beach, where there are fewer people, we went mostly there. There is a cafe nearby. The hotel has a kitchen where you can prepare your own meals. The only drawback is there is no kettle in the room , I had to go down to the 1st floor every time to drink coffee. There is a room for eating , you can also take everything up to your floor and eat while enjoying the beautiful view of the mountains. There is no daily cleaning of the room, only the garbage is taken out. Towels have not been changed for five nights . There were disposable slippers and liquid soap in the room (no toothbrushes, shampoo) there is also a hair dryer. Overall, I liked the hotel.
