We love this zoo, we have been to many similar ones, but here we like it the most - and they let us in to the animals, and it is clear that everyone is clean, well-fed and satisfied. Many animals can be fed and portions, by the way, are normal, almost all can be held or stroked, magnets with a photo for memory can be made on the spot. Thank you for the pleasant friendly atmosphere!

Cozy place, friendly staff and charming animals. Raccoons are a miracle😍 You can feed and pet the animals yourself. Even the child could not resist and was tempted to a carrot from a cup😁On each aviary there were signs with interesting facts about animals. For this I put a big plus sign, I haven't seen this anywhere else.

Raccoon and other interesting animals are not available. It is very sad, it is also sad that the "zoo" is located on the 3rd floor in an unintended place for keeping animals.... Where have you seen tiles on the floor in aviaries? We are not spoiled visitors and unfortunately there is no other zoo in Gomel...we wish that this pet room would improve and become better, I wish the staff separately to smile more, yet children come to you....
And of course, put the payment terminal on the 21st century in the yard....

There are certain rules for such establishments in the Republic of Belarus. You can't squeeze everyone and do what you want with toys. How can you complain that someone is sleeping? Animals are wonderful creatures and deserve our love. Thanks to the staff for taking care of the animals. Everyone is clean, well-fed, sociable. We decided to visit the zoo, dreamed of touching and seeing raccoons (there were already 2 of them). We went in, the girl was eating a burger near the computer and didn't even say hello, the girl sent us to withdraw cash at the checkout (they say we don't accept cards). We didn't hear a hello or anything. It's more interesting next. We paid for it, we went in ourselves, because no one tricked us. No one has ever given us any mice or rats. They were only allowed to visit guinea pigs and rabbits. Then the girl with the camera and Kharkov climbed straight up, told him to touch it for the sake of a photo. No one just let us hold them. They were photographed without asking in the most terrible moments. It's already ruined the mood a bit. Then it's all tin. They asked if they could go to the raccoons. What they forbade and said, they say they have a mating period. Are you serious? It wasn't written anywhere, no one warned about it. We came to griubo speaking for their sake, because pigs can be petted in zoo stores anyway. And here it is. Okay, we decided "maybe we forgot." Then rudeness from a girl with a camera. She held up a small mouse and said, "Take it, I'll take a picture." To which I reply to her, "no, thanks, she's so small, I'm afraid to drop her." To which the girl said, "Yeah, she's afraid of you." What was it about? In general, the staff is as terrible as possible. In Minsk and Grodno (where there are such zoos, there were very kind and friendly workers, they told and showed everything, even gave cockroaches into our hands), but here they walked by themselves, warned about nothing, walked with discontent, sniffed photos and photographed without consent. And also, the animals were visible, not well-groomed, pieces of meat were lying with flies and sawdust, the nose was generally dirty and something was glued on the paws. It was a pity for everyone...there is no attention or care for them there. It was a pity that the money was spent and the mood was spoiled for a long time.

It's a terrible place.. We decided to go to the zoo with a friend and were completely disappointed.
The first thing I didn't like was the staff. After payment, we went in by ourselves, unaccompanied.
When we asked if it was possible to hold raccoons, they said that the animals were not in the mood🙄
I'm not talking about gerbils at all.. 6-7 rodents live in a small cage.
Of all the animals, only rabbits, guinea pigs and a goat could be touched.
We walked for about 20 minutes and left in a terrible mood.
You shouldn't have been fooled by the Instagram photos.

Don't waste time and money, you can pet only guinea pigs, rabbits, a turtle and a goat. There is a pungent smell of feces and urine. The nose is predatory, it is impossible to treat it, as well as meerkats and ferrets. Animals are dirty. Raccoons should not be in a bad mood. The snake is sleeping. The child is upset. So it is impossible to keep animals and offer services that do not meet the stated requirements. Although they charge 10 rubles for this. An urgent check there.
