We bought a door with a mirror. I did not notice any visible damage during installation. After installing the door, the mirror inside the apartment turned out to be distorted. It's not noticeable up close, but when you remove it, you can see a vertical band of distortion (everything gets wider and longer in it). I had to come to their office, explained the situation, but there were no suggestions for eliminating the marriage or anything else. The manager immediately backed down, saying that this is purely your subjective opinion. We won't do anything, if that's what you want, do an expert examination. The crient orientation is at 0. The client does not go to a meeting in any way, he did not offer anything to resolve the situation. In general, if you do not want problems in the future, do not consider this organization!

We ordered the front door. The deadline of 3-5 days was announced, which is confirmed by the information on the website. On the sixth day of waiting, I called the store, where they said that the door had just arrived and they did not have time to inform. On the 7th day I went to pick it up. I paid the remaining amount. The warehouse said that there was no door and nothing had arrived at all. The store did not comment on this in any way. They offered to wait 5 more days (but it's not a fact that the door will be brought) or take the money. The storekeeper offered to take the door from the window, which was done. The door turned out to be deformed, which could only be recognized after installation by level.
In general, when contacting this store, there are high chances of losing a lot of time and being deceived...

We ordered screens for windows and doors. They all came with a scratched profile. If it is not critical on the windows, it is not so visible, then the balcony doors open and all the nuances are visible. They refused to smooth out the situation in any way, arguing that many other customers would buy.
They reported that all the profiles were scratched, but no one warned about this when ordering. Although they knew about it.
There is one of the defects in the photo and these go all over the frame. And we have two of them (

You can forget about the installation at the time specified by the installer, I was fed with promises for a calendar month and still not mounted on the specified date.
So, it is only realistic to consider the purchase of doors. You have to take care of the rest yourself.
