2) before going to this barbershop, I specified the cost of a manicure, but in the end the master knitted 10 rubles more (and this is 1/5 of the cost), to my question "why?" She replied that I had a manicure with reinforcement. Although I did not ask for this, I do not know what kind of base my nails are smeared with or without reinforcement (especially after the "technique" of manicure, I was shocked), so I think that the master should warn the client if this service is not included in the price, clarify whether the client agrees, and not put before the fact that I did the same to you with strengthening, the director misled you, she is so so. By the way, after talking with the director, the money for this unforgiven additional service was returned, the director is apparently adequate and focused on customer orientation (thanks to her for this), which cannot be said about the staff. When I came to collect my money, this master sarcastically threw me a couple of unpleasant phrases and money, it was insulting. Don't set foot there anymore.

The building looks, of course, not very good, but this is not a question for the barbershop, but for the landlords. dirty-white layers everywhere, for some reason I discolored already discolored hair instead of stretching from the roots, I applied discoloration again. There was a robin in the icon salon, everyone was horrified, everything was washed off and redone in order to somehow walk now, endure until it grows back, the tinting will be washed from such hair at 1 time and still all the roots are rusty, you lift your hair, and there everything is like nedoblondinki and spots. The feelings are terrible, and they also cost when asked to fix or refund the money, as if a homeless person came to them. The money was not returned, they agreed to redo it for full payment. But I wouldn't even agree to redo it for free now. They acted shamelessly. I'm still in shock.
They cut their hair all the time with their son in one of the barbershops in the city. At one point, it was urgently necessary to put the haircuts in order. This barber shop is the closest to the house. We ran in there. We were pleasantly surprised that the master cut our hair no worse. And they paid 2 times less.
