We got to the street art gallery, it's very beautiful, Arsho wine is located nearby, I highly recommend finding this place, there are paintings by the artist inside, enjoying the paintings and drinking wine is great

An amazing place, unlike the others, you have to go down the stairs and straight through the kitchen and living room to the terrace. Very tasty gata and baklava, we went to eat an omelet with tomatoes, but there was no electricity and we had to choose an omelet with basturma. I was afraid that the basturma would be salty and tough, but I was very pleasantly surprised by the taste and consistency, I really liked it.

A cozy home-made establishment in the historical district of Yerevan called Kond.
While we were walking to the restaurant, we also took a walk around this area, which may disappear into oblivion in the near future.

Cafe Kondi Hayat is located in the historic district of Kond. According to the owner's idea, the cafe was created as an opportunity to see how the local population lives in the houses of this area. Therefore, if you want to fully enjoy and feel the atmosphere of old Yerevan, then I highly recommend visiting this cafe. You will walk through the house, see the interior and get to the veranda and courtyard with a good view of the city. The menu in the cafe is small, but delicious at home, the hostess cooks, there is homemade wine. You can try Armenian desserts - baklava and gata. Everything is not expensive. If you do, you can chat with the pleasant cafe owner, who will tell you about the area, cafes and life in Armenia.
They say that the area is going to be demolished, so if you find yourself in Yerevan, do not miss the opportunity to visit the Kond and visit the cafe Kondi Hayat.

Very nice hosts. Delicious food (omelet with tomatoes I still remember). The atmosphere for the cafe is very unusual, so homely and cozy. I want to take my time, enjoy the cold ayran and discuss walking around Yerevan.
I think it will be difficult to find a cafe of this format somewhere else, so I recommend you to visit

Sitting in a quiet authentic place is the best thing, but the cooking is so-so.
I ordered an omelet with tomatoes and basturma, it was declared as a signature Armenian cuisine, as a result, they brought the most ordinary fried eggs, salted and without tomatoes.
Coffee was not asked with sugar or not, as a result, sugar had to be put separately, which in the case of oriental coffee is such a thing, since all the coffee grounds rose when mixed, sugar is supposed to be put there when cooking.

It was an incredible visit, a very cozy place, as if I had returned to my childhood. We were warmly welcomed and escorted to a cozy veranda, the hostess Lucine and her Mother (unfortunately, she did not ask her name) were very friendly, the gata and baklava were eaten very quickly, it is difficult to surprise me with pastries, but here it is beyond praise, I really regret that we did not have time to look again, but I hope be sure to come back during your visit to Yerevan! A very pleasant place. A great omelet with tomatoes - homemade, like grandma's. A cool, quiet garden where you can sit and eat in peace. For some reason, it was nicer here than in the polished restaurants in the center. Imagine that you went to one of the houses of Konda to visit, and there you were treated to homemade food as friends. That's about what you should expect. The interior is not pretentious, the list of dishes is not so large, but it does not matter at all.

We came to this place absolutely by accident, we just saw a cluster of graffiti, people and artists. It turned out to be a family cafe. The owner showed us an old house, the view from it, told us more about the Cond district. Many thanks to him for that!
It was very pleasant to drink tea and eat gata in the fresh air next to lilac bushes. If you are walking around the Konda, then you should definitely look at this place.

We were walking with our family around the Konda and quite accidentally discovered this place. We came in and did not regret it - perhaps the most cozy place in all of Yerevan! An old house, an authentic courtyard/vegetable garden, cozy tables, a pleasant homemade menu (not big at all, but you don't need much here!) - delicious omelets, by the way! I highly recommend adding this place to the list of places to visit!
