I am in the process of living in a rented 1+1 apartment in this complex. The advantages are a good view from the window (from the balcony), good infrastructure, clean, well-maintained territory, a large apartment for a one-bedroom. The disadvantage typical for a Turkish developer is the ugly sound insulation, almost like in the dormitory where the student Ivanopulo from the cult work of Ilf and Petrov lived)) but overall, given the good location and the off-season rental price, I'm satisfied. But when I found out that this apartment costs about 175,000 euros, I was sad... the price tag is hellish, in my opinion, and I still don't know what kind of ID here, I suspect that it's also a horse (((
