Constant lies. The quality of services is disgusting. There is no technical support at all. I don't recommend it. If possible, connect to another provider.

I had no luck with the provider. This is the only service provider that works in the private sector outside the city. And here is a breakdown, an application, daily calls to technical support and nothing... The contract is not respected from the word at all, I do not advise comptel, if there is an opportunity to choose other companies, do so.

My mom's landline phone hasn't been working for over a week. I submitted an application to the repair bureau on 05 .08.2024 . I call every day, the answer is the same - the application is in progress. Did the phones suddenly stop working for everyone and the masters are all busy? The man is 81 years old, needs a phone, the dispatcher switches to an answering machine and does not want to talk.
