The sea, the beach, the very nature of Abkhazia, everything here is beautiful, which cannot be said about man-made. The park in the center of staraya Gagra is a wonderful place, but, unfortunately, requires major landscaping. There is a lot of greenery, it's great to walk here in the shade of the trees. There are few benches, the paths are broken. The fountains in the park are very beautiful, but they are running without water. The mosaic was also ignored for a long time. It is clear that they are starting, trying to put things in order, I hope they will be able to restore this beauty.

Well-groomed embankment, clean, there are benches, cafes. In the evenings, a train with a backlight runs along the embankment and rides vacationers. Another big carriage with a motor. There is live music on the embankment site every evening - a man sings, someone dances, and someone is just watching and enjoying the music. It's nice to walk along the beautiful lush palm trees and cypresses. Yes, in general.... To relax at the sea, it's already wonderful!

A beautiful park, unfortunately unkempt. The fountains are overgrown with grass and do not work. If you reconstruct the fountains and turn them on, the park will become much more comfortable. But I still give it 5 stars. Everything is very lush, green, there is a Playground, a Monastery and a Mosaic maze nearby, there are cafes and restaurants, a nice clean beach.

It is a very colorful and beautiful place. The problem of Abkhazia is its dogs, which are everywhere there, I advise you to have a gas canister with you, since they are completely unpredictable, they even attacked my wife, although I was a meter away from her and quickly scared the dogs away, but I had to stop the walk and take a taxi to the hotel.

In the reviews, everyone confuses Komsomolsky Park and Primorsky. Komsomolsky Park is located along the banks of the river, and if they still try to clean its right part, apparently from Sunrise, then the left one is abandoned, polluted, overgrown with blackberries. But there are such cute fountains (creations of Tsaritelli). All you have to do is walk with a saw and a scythe and the park will be a park, not an abandoned one. (but who needs it? Moscow will not allocate money for this).

We visited the park for the first time ten years ago, everything was in disrepair. Now everything has changed, the park is being cleaned, the paths are being leveled, there are public toilets that are not scary to visit. The colonnade has become very beautiful, snow-white, well done!
