The computer started shutting down after a short period of operation. I contacted Komphelp, and at the agreed time comp. master Denis came. After explaining to him what the problem was, he examined the computer and took it away for repair. The next day, he called me and reported problems with the computer: the coolers were not working properly, the thermal paste needed to be updated, the system unit itself needed to be cleaned and the system upgraded from Windows 7 to something new. The price was negotiated, and there were offers to install some programs for me. The very next day, the computer was ready and Denis personally brought it. Everything worked well, the computer wizard briefly and clearly explained what he had updated, using understandable language so that even a person who was not tech-savvy would understand everything.
In general, high-quality work has been done!

The other day, we ordered a laptop cleaning from Thunderobot. Denis did his job efficiently, he was always in touch. The photo report was done, everything is great. A man can be trusted! I advise everyone :)

A few words about the work done ...
After the call, the master arrived clearly at the agreed time, opened the system unit in front of me, photographed all the components, clarified all the painful problems, wrote down configuration suggestions, filled out the documents for accepting equipment delivery. During the day, I did all the work, and returned the equipment again at the agreed time. I provided a full photo report on the work done (it was-it became), connected it on the spot, showed everything and told what was good and what could be better! A truly individual approach to the client!
I was satisfied with the work, and I will contact you again if necessary.
I definitely recommend it!
