He immediately instilled confidence that the issue would be resolved, and kept his word. Thanks to Vladimir Vitalievich Fedoseenko, an anesthesiologist and intensive care specialist, whom my dog is more pleased to see than me. A wonderful new clinic with wonderful doctors who are not the first to save my pets)
UPD: I wanted to add my review)
I've known this clinic since the first branch at Traktorny, and I was glad to open it closer to my house, but not about that, but about the doctors.
Anastasia Molokovich is the first doctor I met at this clinic. I've saved my rats and the rats of my fellow volunteers more than once. She is very curious, it is clear that she is most interested in understanding the problem and finding a solution, she has always been in touch personally with any questions, for which special thanks)
Fedoseenko, Vladimir, saved my cat from the FIP, at that time it was the only doctor who said that there was a treatment. He treated my cat with great trepidation, was happy to answer all questions, explaining in detail what we were doing and why, it was always interesting to listen)
Yuri Vorobyov and Pavel Zaitsev are excellent surgeons, very pleasant people, always reassuring. If I'm not mistaken, it was Pavel who performed an experimental operation on my rat, which saved her life, for which I am very grateful to him)
Vladislav Zaitsev - I adore you, before every operation of my pets, you calmed me like no one else, and you made up for all my pets, hugged them, I never worried about anesthesia, knowing that you would be in control)
Valeria Silvanovich (Tratsevskaya) - we don't know each other very well yet, but in general I am already satisfied, it helps to cure my cat with enteritis)
In addition to the above, I know that doctors often undergo training in their fields, sometimes when you don't call to sign up, someone has left to study again, and this is just fine, thanks to the fact that specialists are regularly trained, my animals have been saved more than once)
The prices here are more than reasonable, somewhere more expensive than in Minsk, but I'd rather pay more here than face negligence in other clinics again)
I would like to thank the administration of the clinic for the selection of staff and for the development of the clinic

: A cat had dental surgery a little over a month ago. The queue was worried, especially after the unsuccessful experience of applying to other clinics earlier. Before the operation, we consulted in detail, answered all the questions on my huge list and reassured. Underfloor heating for the sphinx is definitely an important point) They told me everything after the operation, too, and promised to be in touch. Fortunately, she was not needed, as the dentist is a professional, he did everything clearly) Upon arriving home that evening, the cat was already trying to gnaw the boxes with its remaining teeth) I definitely recommend it. Pet care begins from the very beginning, with very pleasant administrators. The clinic itself is the maximum aesthetic. For all questions, now just here, thank you! ❤️

Maybe I was so unlucky, but I didn't feel relieved after visiting the clinic, on the contrary, I went out and cried even more.
I treated my one-year-old dog on her birthday because her little eye turned red in the morning. We were greeted by a very friendly and kind girl (for which I thank her very much), then we went to the doctor and I began to explain that she might have an injury. Next, I threw the dog on the table and the doctor began to look, he asked if she was being examined, I didn't say much, but when, how, to which he replied, "So, how are you going to treat and drip her eyes?" and then I realized that the attitude here to my pet would be "good" Of course, my one-year-old puppy won't stand still and let her have her eyes examined properly, but I tried my best not to hold on and show him (the doctor was clearly unhappy)but if I had known, of course I would have given her some sedatives, at least something to calm her down. Next, he gave me a syringe so that I could try to put a special solution in her eye to make sure of the injury, I tried, but I couldn't. All this time, he just stood there and watched me fail and did not help in any way, his assistant tried, but both I and he forbade her, I was afraid that she might bite someone else. Nothing came out again and he finished the examination. I didn't try to win over the dog in any way, and I didn't hear anything kind or supportive about the dog. Next, he began to prescribe treatment for us, he did not understand the drugs, he did not know the typical formulations. When I asked the questions, he couldn't answer specifically. I just have a question: Didn't veterinary medicine come up with the idea of sedating animals in order to examine them better? I would go to a meeting and do anything to have my dog examined. I won't contact you anymore.
But I want to say thank you for not taking the money, because initially the price is not small, thank you for giving the drug at home to make sure of the injury. And thank you so much for the words of support to the girl who meets the clients, you were the only supportive person at that moment, even congratulated us on Dr.
I hope you will have better luck and your animals will be treated differently.

About humanity
I've become unaccustomed to the humanity of veterinarians. Over a long period of communication and visits to various clinics, well-known and not so well-known, I often encountered unprofessionalism, violation of professional ethics, and burnout.
In the summer, my pet urgently needed medical help. I didn't want to go to the old clinics. So I started searching the forums. Found. I was struck by the presence of only positive reviews. It was amazing until I got to know the clinic, doctors, and staff. The more I learn, the more I admire.
I have never felt such participation and support, teamwork, and I have never seen it anywhere. My baby was in serious condition. And everyone from the administrators to the administration found the right and important words. And every time we come to the clinic, everyone is interested in how we are doing, how our pet is. It's very pleasant, it's worth a lot.
And most importantly, no matter what happens, I've never been left alone with a problem. I can always write, call, and they will always answer, help, and call me back.
There is always time for me and my pet. We will be asked as many questions as we need, until the very last question. They will explain everything, visually show and tell you. They will make your stay at the clinic as comfortable as possible. And what delicious candies are here))) and the coffee)))
