I was at the company store 23 on Prytytsky Street today... I really liked the service.The sellers are very polite and attentive, helped with the choice, asked for a gift set, everything was done perfectly!!! It's always nice to come to a store where you will be served at a decent level!!!

There are no complaints about the product, but there are complaints about the service. Be sure to check the receipts for what you are buying and for how much.
We were on vacation, and before we left, we stopped by this store to buy sweets. They recruited a lot of different ones, I didn't check on the spot, although the announced price seemed high. And already at home we noticed the receipt - one of the positions was punched not for kg, but for pcs. Type 1 (one large candy) sold for almost 31 byn. There is no cost of goods on the website, there is only a description. I'm sure that 1 candy can't cost that much, considering the order of prices for candies per kg.

I am very glad that a chocolate shop has opened near the house, where you can also sit and drink delicious chocolate. But I was struck by their pettiness. having bought myself hot chocolate and a girl a pie, I was offered to put a cake on a plate for 9 kopecks. I thought, well, okay, it's not a pity. After paying, we sat down at a table, the girl asked for a spoon for a cake and at the checkout, to take a spoon, I was offered to buy it for 9 kopecks. Personally, I would be ashamed to sell tiny plastic spoons for money.
The administration of the cafe, I ask you, add the price of a cake to the price of a spoon, excluding paying extra for it separately.
