Great tour. Everyone liked it, both children and adults. Elena was an excellent guide, she told and showed everything great. It's obvious that the man loves the factory. Autumn sweets are delicious.
The tour is just a delight! Must-visit, you won't regret it!
The history of the factory is a guided tour with 5 minutes! tastings - gifts at the end.
The guide Elena Anatolyevna Fedorova is a goddess: beautiful, intelligent, charismatic and tactful.
And there's also a cafeteria with colorful photos of the factory's history and a branded products store.
An interesting place. The prices are pleasant, the selection of cakes is large. One of the most comfortable communal apartments and there are always free places. But it can be difficult to find the entrance the first time. If you face the main entrance, the door to the cafe will be to the left.
We visited the tour. The process of creating sweets is very interesting. Everything is clean and tidy everywhere. Special thanks for the tasting. Good luck and prosperity to the company!
Have you been on an excursion on your favorite "Kommunarka"? I recommend it! To see the magic of how the familiar "Bears on a tree" from childhood memories are obtained from a set of ingredients at the exit.. And also the sweet and inviting smell of fresh chocolate. Fantastic! Thanks for the "sweet moments"
A paradise for sweet lovers!
Sweet tooths will certainly find something to get enough of. The range is designed for all ages and events.
Sweets with a hint will be a lifeline for parents who want to wean them from excessive consumption.
A wonderful tour, special thanks to our guide Alyona. The children tasted a lot of goodies, learned the history of the chocolate and the factory itself. It is very informative, exciting and delicious. Many thanks to the factory management for this opportunity. The workshops are just awesome cleanliness!!! Thanks again!
What's happening?
Previously, it was impossible to eat the favorite sweets of the Kommunarka factory: stolichnye, little red riding hood, etc.
I loved grasshopper candies very much - my daughter gave me for the New Year 2025 and I wanted to spit it out after the first bite - WHAT IS IT?
If you change the composition, then change the name or mark economy on the new "masterpieces", and the old composition is marked elite and with a cost-effective cost - I'd rather buy and eat 1-2 candies with pleasure, and not that's all.
It is a shame for such a manufacturer of our country
The pancakes and dessert were delicious. Coffee too) Very nice and polite administrators - thank you for the prompt service. We didn't get on the factory tour, it's a pity.
We were on an excursion to a communal apartment. We didn't find any advantages at all. For 70 rubles, we were told the story of the factory (10 minutes), which, if desired, can be found on the Internet. They showed a video showing the products, and let them hold cocoa beans in their hands (for another 10 minutes). Changing into dressing gowns (another 10 minutes) . Well, actually, the tour itself.
We were shown small sections of two workshops, where we saw how boxes were glued and chocolate was poured into molds. They gave me a waffle to try, and 4 types of deshmansky sweets (souffle, toffee, etc.). They distributed gifts (400 gr. Sweets) and wished you a good day.
Let's summarize the results. The next day there will be nothing to remember, we didn't get any bright emotions, the red price of the tour is 20 rubles. Everything else is the commercial profit of the enterprise, although in my opinion, the main purpose of such events for the factory is to create a positive image of the enterprise, and not to earn money on excursions.
And I recommend spending 70 rubles on something else, not on a tour of the Commune for sure.
The center of Minsk is just a bomb! The super tour was very interesting. The products, sweets and yummy treats are gorgeous and very tasty! I advise you to visit!
The store where you part with your wallet. For those with a sweet tooth, it's not worth taking all the finances with you. Nearby entrance, cozy cafe, gorgeous hot chocolate
I liked the sweets, the coffee was good, one of the best that we drank in Minsk on this trip. On January 1, they were not very kind, but Santa Claus did well! I didn't like the cakes, it was very sweet, for an amateur. If you're around, come in.
The assortment is good and large.
The service is like in the USSR.
The location is excellent.
I recommend it to those who miss sweets according to Soviet recipes
I was there before the New Year holidays, I was hoping to buy, but I was not satisfied. There was a small selection of products on the promotion. Chocolate went up a lot, there were no such sweets as: "karakum", "little red riding hood", "bears in the meadow", "souffle" (in the assortment), "truffle" and others. Good candies. Either they sold out, or they didn't make it... Sorry...
The quality of the products has become disgusting. The candies are covered with an incomprehensible tasteless mass resembling plasticine. I knew before that that the quality had dropped, so I didn't buy a gift for the new year. Now that the discounts have gone out, I decided to take an expensive gift and test if everything is so sad. So, only the red riding hood candies turned out to be more or less decent and the candy with apple jam was delicious. The remaining 6-7 types of candies are inedible! It's a sweet mass covered with plasticine! Alyonka's chocolate is like sand. The kommunarka is just burying herself!
An excellent company with centuries-old traditions , here it is necessary not to talk but to try. An amazing cafe for sweet tooths with a gorgeous fountain , you also need to come try it , plunge into the sweet life . 👍😋🙏
We were on an excursion in August 2024. I liked everything: the tour itself, the indescribable smells of cocoa and chocolate, tasted sweets.. Mmmm...Very tasty chocolate. At the end of the tour, they gave a sweet gift. There is a cafe and a company store at the factory. The child is delighted)
Bitter chocolate is a must! The coffee is good. You don't have to try the cake, you won't lose anything. The service is pleasant. The same chocolate is cheaper in Russia, you don't have to worry.
We visited the tour, firstly, there was a very unpleasant conversation when registering for the visit, and secondly, we were supposed to receive paid gifts after the tour, but not all of them were received, as the previous group took them away, which was without paid gifts. The staff behaved very discourteously, and there was an unpleasant aftertaste...
Eclairs here are a crime against all cakes in the world. They are not soft and airy, but hard as a stone. If it were a cookie, I might also think about "satisfaction." But it's a unit. The most thorough of all my units on Yandex maps.
The price of sweets from the manufacturer is too high in their own store, it would seem that you do not need to take them anywhere and you do not need to pay rent, and the prices of products, like everywhere else, it is sad to realize that the manufacturer does not care what customers think of him, just to cash in.
The tour is interesting, but most of the time is spent on tasting in the hall with watching a video clip, the tour of the enterprise does not last long. We tried a lot of sweets. At the end of the tour, they give a sweet gift
I love Minsk dearly. And once again he gave unforgettable memories.
A delightful excursion! Not even an excursion, a real magical journey! First there was an introductory part, where they told about the factory itself: history, modern production, many new and interesting facts about chocolate. They offered to eat sweets.
Then, having put on dressing gowns, hats and shoe covers, having received headphones, we went to the production itself. We have learned so many new and amazing things. Eyes and ears scattered. After each stage of production, they were treated to products created here and now. We haven't eaten so many goodies for a long time!
The guide conducted a leisurely story in an accessible, fascinating way with knowledge and love for her work. She answered all the questions in detail.
At the end, everyone was handed a sweet (already eaten at the moment)) gift.
After the tour, there was an opportunity to take unusual photos for memory.
The impressions were the most amazing. The tour was a birthday present. The recipient was delighted.
Thanks!
We were on an excursion.
I liked everything. We've had enough chocolate for the year ahead))
Very tasty waffle sheets that are baked immediately and can be tasted right in the production shop. There is a coffee shop and a company store. You can try bitter chocolate and buy new candies.

Excellent coffee shop at the factory! Beautiful interior, factory products and cakes for tasting. Amazing hot chocolate - bitter, milky, and savory! The prices are average.
What have you done???? Dear factory! What happened to the cocoa???? Have you run out of supplies?! So if you have changed the composition of ALL THE CANDIES, change the cost! Solid cocoa bean substitutes!!!! So that everyone gets poisoned by these consumer goods??? On NG, the child got a gift of sweets from a Communal apartment.
For the last half a year. Product prices have increased by more than 30%, overtaking imported famous counterparts. The range has increased by more than 30 rubles. There's not even anything to buy below 20 rubles...
I share my negative experience (or lack thereof). I wanted to sign up for a tour of the factory, went to the website in search of contact numbers, found several. The first thing that surprised and surprised unpleasantly was the strictly regulated booking time – the website indicates that you can sign up for the tour only from 10:30 to 12:00. Exclusively on weekdays, only an hour and a half, which is inconvenient.
Of course, you can understand if there was no second "but". It lies in the fact that NONE of these phones were picked up: neither at the specified time of reception, nor beyond that. And again, you can understand if it hadn't lasted 3 days in a row: every time I called several numbers in an attempt to make an appointment, and every time the staff just didn't pick up the phone. One phone is an answering machine that sends an unanswered guide number, the other two are sightseeing phones, which are useless to call. The reception didn't pick up the phone either. It seemed that the entire department had been drastically reduced. And the reception room as well.
The attitude was exceptionally good until it came to the tour.To get through to the phones for recording, you need to have good luck, the phone is not picked up by any of the numbers. It took a week of daily phone calls to still get on the tour with a group of several people. We were joined with a group of schoolchildren, had a tea party and a tour of the museum part.It was not possible to view the production on the same day because steam was turned off for technical reasons. We were told that we would be contacted within a few days to agree on a date for a repeat visit.Spoiler Alert:No one called. The successful dial-up this time took 2 weeks. The problem is the same, they just don't pick up the phone.Lo and behold, we got through and chose the date. They told us to arrive strictly on time, as we will be united with the students again. They will have a tea party with them, show the museum part and then they will take us to the checkpoint and we will go together to see how the products are made.We were on the spot minute by minute, but the guide did not come.As we understood, she just forgot, and we waited for an hour trying to call and remind ourselves, it didn't work. After that time, she came to the checkpoint, but not to pick us up, but to escort the group with the children. As a result, we got to the production, but it's difficult to call it an excursion. We were very quickly led through the workshops, fluently telling what was what. They did not give out special headphones, which is why most of what was said was not heard because it was very noisy there.Despite the fact that for the first time, before going to the museum part, headphones were distributed to everyone, the guide had a microphone, so everything was perfectly audible. There are also questions about the time. The tour lasted 30 minutes when the stated time for visiting the production was 1 hour.Well, in the form of a cherry on the cake, the guide did not apologize for her own joint. As a result, it was a disgusting experience.I hope that our case is the exception and not the rule.Nevertheless, there was no desire to appear there again and sponsor this place with a penny by buying any products
A very significant and good place, the only thing that made us smile was that they gave us sweets that were supposedly rare and not yet in the masses, but upon arrival in Moscow they were easily found on marketplaces)))
the place is good, the menu is good too. the sellers are responsive and kind. It's clean and there's a place to sit. before the new year, they decorate beautifully, there are not many people, calm and quiet, a great place to sit and relax

A good company store Kommunarka, a huge range of products, it is very difficult to choose sweets))) I want to try everything))) For a sweet tooth, it's just paradise))) The staff is friendly, the store is bright)))) There is no parking near the store (((( therefore 4 stars
The store is like a store. A gosik is a gosik. Take what you have. The faces are wooden. Communication is zero. You go to buy a treat and it feels like you have to redo the apartment. Not much fun
The candies are eaten by worms!!! I bought more than one type of candy at the Kommunarka company store on Aranskaya Street. Half of them are worm-eaten. A few years ago, I discovered the wormy candies of the Kommunarka factory in MOMO shopping center, in Hippo.
The quality of the chocolate itself is terrible. It is not possible to eat it!!!
A great place to relax, a large selection of products. I am always satisfied with the quality. Friendly staff. The atmosphere in these places is good. The prices are quite adequate.
Good choice, friendly sellers) The only disadvantage is a very small room. Otherwise, everything is fine, there are promotions for some positions, prices are better than in the supermarket
Since December itself, there has been so much PR about the release of Dubai chocolate. The result is that it's not chocolate, but sweets, and that's a limited batch. Well done, as always, the best are the first to keep it that way
The cafe at the factory!!!! Hot chocolate... It's a bomb... I recommend it!!!
And I also recommend an excursion to the factory.... The guide, the beauty, the clever one!!! The treats during the hike
along the conveyors are awesome... You can't buy them in a store... And in general, the Communal apartment is our pride!!! Eat, and you will be healthy and beautiful!!!!!
Hello! I am your fly in the ointment in a barrel of chocolate among all the reviews. But constructive criticism also has a place to be, for "growth". We visited the factory on 29.05... There were a lot of expectations, but in reality, considering us to be a small group of adults, they united us with a large group of children with their accompanying persons, who very actively expressed dissatisfaction with our presence...however, it is mutual, because after paying in the same way for the ticket, they had to let the children go ahead and as a result, nothing is visible and not clear. The program was also designed for a children's audience, but we felt like "poor relatives" for our money and waited for the children to watch everything first, and then we too. This is not allowed, dear administration!
The staff in the cafe - as in Soviet films - is rude and completely in no mood for communication. Maybe you were tired at the end of the day, but you definitely won't want to go back there.
