It was the cafeteria that we visited. It's not a bad place. There is almost always a queue, but it does not last long, there is time to make a choice.

The coffee shop is just a great place for lovers of sweets, a large selection of all kinds of cakes, coffee, tea, chocolates, everything is always fresh. The only thing is, due to the popularity of the cafe, there is a fairly large queue, there may easily not be enough space during rush hour, keep in mind when planning a visit.

We ordered a lot of items, and to the question "please repeat our order to us" we received the answer "we gave you everything"
You may have given everything, but you must announce the order and the amount as well…
And then the women started laughing right in front of us and discussing with displeasure that we just asked to announce our order
There is no desire to return to this place anymore

Unfortunately, I didn't like the place. We were on Sunday 15.12. There were a lot of people, all the places were occupied. The queue is long, but it was served quickly. We ordered three takeaway items: hot milk chocolate 100ml, oriental and with cognac. The chocolate itself is cloying, with cognac in general too much, one alcohol and again cloying.
Due to the heavy workload, sellers are nervous and inattentive. We were cheated and punched an extra position, we found out about it later.
We definitely won't go there again.

It's a good choice, but the lack of white chocolate is frustrating.

My friends and I came to have a quiet gray hair and celebrate my birthday. Everything was fine, we were sitting, drinking hot chocolate, playing uno. The administrator came up to us and asked us to remove the cards, referring to the rules on the stand. We went over and read the rules in full, and there was not a single mention of table games, gambling, or cards in "consumers are prohibited." The unfounded accusation has left an imprint on my impression of this place, I will not come here again. It is worth noting that we did not violate public order in any way. I do not recommend a group visit. I didn't like the attitude of the staff.

Excellent "Kommunarka" has a choice of both their products and gift alcohol, souvenirs and of course a cafe with the same "hot chocolate" that is really worth all the praise.
I would like to note separately that drinks are served here in porcelain, and in the flagship on Independence - in paper cups. So if you want to sit in the "cafe" format, then this is a great option.
The staff are all responsive and help with the selection.

We bought coffee and cakes: an eclair with caramel and a basket. The coffee is normal, the cakes are nothing special, we wouldn't have come in a second time. Moreover, after buying everything, they could not sit down-there were no empty seats, because many tables were occupied by visitors who just sat and talked at empty tables. At the same time, the staff ignored my question: "Where should we stay?" Definitely, I do not recommend it.

An interesting assortment in the store, perfect for gifts. I don't recommend the coffee shop - the cakes are just piled on the window, the leftovers from the weekend are not very appetizing. We took the interpretation for bird's milk and hot chocolate with us. There is a separate fee for a cup "with you". I've never seen anything like this in to go establishments! The idea is for the guest to quickly pick up and leave, without taking up space, so the passability of the institution increases. Some even encourage you to come with your cup of discounts. And in the "Kommunarka" they will also throw it on top, probably. The cake is also tasteless. Just whipped mousse with crispy sugar in places, chymose chocolate and a pleasant sandy base. We went there because of the reviews, but we were disappointed with the quality, taste and layout on the showcase.

I really like Kommunarka as a manufacturer, but unfortunately I ignored the negative reviews about this coffee shop from my friends. I would like to hope for a better attitude. The staff is unfriendly, not only did the waiter ignorantly say that we can remove some garbage ourselves (which is normal, but the tone of the address leaves much to be desired), but the cafe staff also decided to forbid playing uno, which is not a gambling game. And the list of things that are forbidden in a coffee shop does not indicate that card games are prohibited. Anyway, the birthday party is ruined, it's a pity that we made a big order here. With this attitude, I can order shawarma at the gas station, and the service will be better there. I'm not coming back here anymore, to my great regret..
