Disgusting attitude to repair. We applied for the repair of the steering rack of the polo sedan. We did it, I left for 1.5 years. We applied for the second time, the warranty has passed, so it is paid. They gave away a lot of money. They said that they did not fix something last time, now they will sort everything out and repair it. As a result, after 35 thousand, there was another knock. We decided to replace the rail with a new one. And to our surprise, two holes were drilled in the old one, I don't know why. The stretcher was screwed onto a welded bolt and the second bolt was from nowhere. The anthers are tightened with plastic ties, instead of metal clamps. A collective farm from a collective farm. Couldn't unscrew and drilled holes and put grease through them? The holes were stupidly covered with silicone. It's just terrible! And they position themselves as professionals! Check everything and everything after their repair so that you know everything right away. I do not recommend contacting these "specialists".

Very bad car service. The steering rack was allegedly repaired. It still taps when the steering wheel rotates. They said it was normal, and it should be so. It's just awful. I went to another one where the guys figured it out, they did everything. They said who was doing it, they should have their hands torn off.

Excellent service, I applied several times on different cars with the repair of the rail, 150,000 went to Ford Mondeo for 7 years with it and sold it, on zafir the second year- the flight is normal, on Citroen for FREE!!! they found the reason for the knocking in the steering (which arrived out of time, without a queue and an appointment, before that, the officials on Lazurnaya for 20 rubles. sentenced the left thrust, Hand...the guys from the Titan car service sentenced the rail and the shrus (stripped 40p.), and the guys from the Comet in 5 minutes. they determined that the rail was weaned from the stretcher, for which they are very GRATEFUL!!! Convenient entrance, 3d stand for collapse (do not listen to fairy tales from car service stations where it does not exist, that everything depends on the master, do it only on a normal stand, then the steering wheel is smooth and the angles are correct and the report is on hand) + a convenient and comfortable waiting room.

Excellent service, in my opinion the best in Gomel. I arrived at the mazda cx-5 before 9 a.m., did a comprehensive suspension diagnosis, helped with the selection of spare parts and I picked up the car on the same day. From the moment I entered the box, I was diagnosed, offered replacement parts and I left the car - 10 minutes passed and I came out as a man without a problem. The part was available, more than one option was offered, the car was picked up on the same day. I also dealt with the cause of the unpleasant grinding on the steering wheel turning to the right, it was so rare, I arrived, the master took a ride with me, they tried to reproduce the problem for 10 minutes, then they diagnosed it at the stand for 10 minutes, no problems were found. The master said that the problem was in some small thing, left the car, after a few hours they called me and said that the problem was that the plastic locker of the arch was attached incorrectly and rubbed, it was corrected, but to the question "how much is it from me?" - they answered me "not at all, take the car", I was shocked, they not only fixed the problem that annoyed me, they also did not take money from me, although I was ready to pay! I advise everyone not to be afraid of work in this workshop, we are ready to help you solve your problems!

The quality of the work is excellent, but I did not like the evaluation system. I brought the rail for restoration, the master examined it and pronounced a verdict -"a complete analysis is required with the replacement of oil seals, shaft grinding, etc. The price is up to 400 rubles."
This led to disagreements, no one named the fixed cost. Naturally, at the end of the work, the price tag was maximum.
