I applied for a diagnosis in connection with incomprehensible knocks when driving off-road. He explained the situation that a simple inspection of the suspension does not give results and that a thorough diagnosis needs to be carried out.
I lost an hour of time, my words were simply ignored.
The car was inspected and kicked out earlier, but the receptionist did not even bother to inform me about it, although he had my phone number and I was sitting in the waiting room.
When handing over the car, he issues me a bill for diagnostics of 15 rubles.

The reception is not enthusiastic and you will not lose the receipt for the payment of spare parts, the action will not take place without it! They will forget about the diagnosis of the suspension, maybe this is a trick, no, the human factor is forgotten!

I liked the service, the masters are good, all problems were quickly eliminated. One request is to call the client (they recorded the car for inspection at 5 pm and promised to call back immediately and tell everything, as a result, in the morning of the next day they had to call themselves, they said wait and only after lunch the master still called back). Repair prices are average in the city

If the driver does not have an accurately verified service yet, then every sample of a new service turns into a lottery, it was the same in my case, I was never satisfied with the service, so I decided to try the Comet. By appointment, we were prompted with everything, spare parts, prices and recorded at the right time without any problems. Prices are not too high, spare parts at the average market price without extra charge, oil and filter are changed for free. Oil, oil filter and air filter needed to be replaced. We agreed on knecht and bosch films by phone, in fact they were absent and we had to agree to mann. They did it quickly, efficiently, after inspecting the car, they did not have to point out its shortcomings to the master, the screws of the air filter housing cover were twisted, the mileage to the next service was reset. It's nice that I didn't have to point my finger at the master's shortcomings, we'll see. I would return to this one hundred times again, definitely yes.
I will put four stars only for parking in front of the service, the pits are such that you can immediately get to the second repair after repair, and so everything is more than worthy.ps: it's a bit expensive for me, but you have to pay for the service.
