I drove the car to the service for the guys in Brest to see what the computer shows. They considered it a device and said that there was a problem in the 4 cylinder, decided to unscrew it and realized that the candle was sitting very tightly and did not want to get out. Unfortunately, the time was limited and we did not look further.
In fact, the father, to whom the car was bought, decided to look at what was in the 4 cylinder. I unscrewed the candle with great effort and was shocked.
It turns out that the candle was not replaced in the service, which is very clearly visible in the photo. There is also a problem with the candle, which was badly twisted.
After replacing the spark plug, the engine started working like clockwork.

Thirdly, additional costs may be added that were not agreed upon at the time of acceptance of the car without coordinating them with you.
